I never received the items.

I came from outside the city to have an older harmonium repaired and they got the instrument up and running in a couple of hours so I didn't have to make a return trip. Great work.

Date/Time of Visit: January 24, 2026 approximately 1:00pm was first visit to Kala Kendar. The initial salesperson i spoke to "Micky" via email was very helpful and professional with his recommendations on dholaks which I was shopping for. When arriving to the store, the lady at the counter was so friendly and welcoming. She directed us upstairs where they have a large and beautiful selection of Indian style instruments. The salesperson upstairs, was also phenomenal and very knowledgeable and also very helpful in the selection. No rush, no pressure. Pricing also very reasonable.

Well even though it took a while it was still good quality

Delivery was to be done by Jan 14, then it became Jan 19. To date the item is not delivered and apparently Canada Post cannot tell me when delivery might happen. Why use Canada Post when it cannot deliver items in time. Why not use other mail carriers?

Harmonium arrived in excellent condition very quickly considering we are a 17 hour drive away from the music warehouse. I'm pleased with the product. Now All I have to do is learn the nuances of the instrument to improve my skill. Only wished there was a manual of operation for someone like me who is new to a harmonium .
