Honestly better than Airbnb.

Honestly, this was a great experience renting out my extra space. I was able to get matched and find the place that was perfect for me with the right person. Much better experience than Airbnb.

The support team at Sparrow was…

The support team at Sparrow was excellent! They were incredibly persistent and dedicated to finding me the best possible room within my budget. Their communication was fast, professional, and very respectful throughout the entire process. I’m truly grateful for such a positive experience. Highly recommended!

Great experience with Sparrow

Great experience with Sparrow! I found my own tenant but used their platform for the screening and placement process. Their customer service was top-notch—very helpful and responded to my questions almost immediately. The whole process was streamlined and efficient, making the transition for my new tenant very smooth. If you need a fast, reliable way to vet someone, this is the service to use.

Sparrow is a great company. They always pick up on my calls or shortly after. They picked a perfect match for my roommate after three tries.Would always recommend them if friends asked.

I just came from south africa and…

I just came from south africa and sparrow made it easier from me to get a rental made everything simple between me and the lardlord.
I was satisfied with their communication and they explained everything.
I highly recommend them if you looking for a room or tenant
