I can’t praise the team enough
I can’t praise the team enough, from ordering to delivery and planting service. The pre order discussions and guidance really helped, the logistics working around us with other projects going on in the garden were no trouble, and the two man team who delivered and planted were amazing. The weather was freezing, they worked in practically a mud bath and had a long drive both ways. They were smiling, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. An all round amazing job and would recommend wholeheartedly. We’ve had loads of flowers on our pleached Camelias and under planted with white ‘Snowball Camelia bushes’. Looking forward to seeing them mature.

Good product shame above the timing of the delivery
The trees arrived in good condition and the delivery driver was extraordinarily helpful. One word of concern was that I was required to be in to take delivery between 8 am and 8 pm. I literally took delivery at 7:25pm after waiting in all day. It would be helpful to have some more refined idea as to timing of delivery

David, Thank you so much for your review! We're really pleased to hear your trees arrived in good condition and that our Thomas was so helpful, we’ll be sure to pass that on to the team.
It can be a tricky business delivering such big trees, and you're absolutely right that our delivery window is broad. To help with this, the driver gives a call when they’re about an hour away so customers can go about their day and nip back to receive the trees. While it's ideal if someone can be there to accept delivery, with prior authorisation we’re always happy to arrange for your trees to be left in a secure and sheltered spot. That said, we do appreciate your point about narrowing the delivery window. Your feedback is really helpful as we continue working to make the process even smoother. 😊
Highly recommend
Super easy advice, ordering, this pre, post and also delivery. The latter super quick and delivery to West Yorkshire. Plant quality first class. Highly recommend.

Outstanding customer service and attention to detail
Strongly recommend this company, excellent customer service. Rachel, Gen and team went the extra mile to source a “planning approved” species (Silverberry Oleaster Pleached Tree) with excellent foliage spread that has given us instant privacy and brought some grandure to the new courtyard. Quality of trees are excellent!!

Thank you Mark, we were determined to resolve your somewhat tricky situation of needing to regain privacy but having to contend with planning restrictions that limited the species you could plant.
We're so pleased that you are now experiencing instant privacy as a result of us working together and the excellent foliage spread and customer service is exactly what we aimed for you to experience.
The photos you sent us of your new courtyard replete with the excellent quality Silverberry trees looks absolutely splendid!
Exceptional service from start to finish!
I would encourage anyone looking for top quality pleached trees and first class service to choose Just Pleachy. We purchased a number of Red Robin pleached trees for our overlooked garden and the service we received from the team was exceptional from start to finish. Their friendly, attentive and professional sales team were incredibly knowlegable and really took their time to understand our garden and make the best recommendations for our soil, aspect and the aesthetic we were looking to achieve in our dream garden. We are so glad we opted for the planting service; not only did it free up hours of our time and remove the stress of planting, it also meant we knew the trees were getting the best start possible. The planting team were punctual, very polite and tidy and the trees looks absolutely brilliant. Strong healthy and just as described. Communication was clear and timely making the entire process a breeze. Highly recommend Just Pleachy to anyone who is looking for pleached trees.

Beautiful Pleached Holly Trees – A Perfect Addition to My Small Garden!
I recently bought 7 pleached Holly trees and 7 "White Garden" border bundles from Just Pleachy, and I couldn’t be more pleased! Gen in Sales was fantastic, helping me narrow down the options since I had my heart set on a true green evergreen with white flowers and seasonal interest, which the Holly has with its red berries. Chandler from the nursery team recommended the "Nellie R Stevens" Holly, telling me how during his time in Italy with the growers, it's known for its longevity and quality, which made my decision so much easier. To match the holly, the "White Garden" bundles were the obvious choice, especially paired with the yew topiary balls. The combination looks stunning! Living on a new build development with noisy construction behind me, these freshly pleached trees will fill to provide the privacy and screening I need, creating a peaceful oasis in my small garden. Given the limited space in new build gardens, these slim trees fit perfectly into my border. On the day of delivery, Chandler and Henry did the planting for me. They arrived promptly and worked efficiently, even though my chalky soil is a nightmare to dig through (one of the reasons I went for the planting service!). They made sure the trees were staked neatly, kept the sight lines tidy, and even installed a soaker hose for easy watering. The neighbours have been popping over to admire the garden, and everyone loves the trees. Gen, Chandler, and Henry – you’ve done an incredible job, and the trees look amazing. I can’t wait to see them thrive and grow as we head into spring and summer 2025! Thank you again for all your help! If you’re unsure about adding pleached trees to your garden, especially if you have a small new build space like mine, I highly recommend going for it – you won’t be disappointed!

Thank you Rachel, we're thrilled to hear you had such a great experience with Gen in sales - we really do pride ourselves on our consultative approach and it appears to have paid off!
It's great to hear the trees are adding some privacy as Holly is indeed a great option for longevity and looks spectacular with the 'White Garden' underplanting bundle. Glad we have helped add some peace, privacy and sophistication to your new build garden.
Chandler and Henry remember your chalky soil - glad they had the electric auger to break through it as it saves hours of digging. Had you not chosen to utilise our Professional Planting Service, the chalky soil could have been very hard work as a DIY job with a spade. The soaker hose should make watering nice and easy too!
Beautiful Pleached Red Robins!
These trees are so beautiful. They arrived so healthy and established. Customer service and delivery were excellent. Worth every single penny! Have already recommended these to all our friends and family. If you have any doubts about ordering, don’t! You will not regret it!!
