The first three trees were great …the next three were not .
One was ok but the other two were really poor covering half of the frame at best . I shouldn’t have accepted them but we need to finish the project .
I was given a discount but really the trees are not a patch on the others .
For the price of them I will look elsewhere next time and hope that Just Pleachy realise that they should never have sent them out in that state
They will take years to catch up with the other three …very disappointed

Hi Janet,
Thanks for your order of six trees over two orders. The first three trees you gave 5 stars for, and we were so pleased you were happy. You later ordered three more, these happened to include one from the same batch as your previous order (as luck would have it) and two freshly pleached trees to fulfil your order.
They are all the correct size. There was some variation in foliage cover, and although some natural variation between living plants is normal, after reviewing your photos the nursery manager agreed it appeared too much of the foliage had shifted on the frame, potentially during transit, on the two trees in question. You correctly flagged this with us at the point of delivery, and you chatted through the options with Stevie and myself in Customer Care.
You chose to accept and keep the trees with a goodwill partial refund rather than returning them and allowing us to re-source them for you. We agreed a discount you were happy with, and we processed it straight away.
So you can imagine I was disappointed to see a 1-star review. It’s rare that things go wrong, but when they do, we work hard to make them right. On this occasion, we felt we’d worked together on a resolution you were happy with, and did so quickly.
Having seen this review, if you’re still unhappy with the trees and they haven’t yet been planted, please do drop us a line and we’ll come and collect the trees and issue a refund for them.
Thanks,
Rachel
Fantastic communication and advice
Fantastic communication from start to finish. With regards to advice on the correct tree for me and the delivery and advice from the driver on planting.
Love my new pleached red robins and had lots of lovely comments from friends and neighbours already. Can’t wait to see them grow and establish more.

Hi Anita, thank you so much for your lovely review! 🌿 Sorry we missed you over the summer at the show garden, but we’re so glad you love your new Red Robins. It’s brilliant to hear they’re already getting compliments from friends and neighbours, you’ll be known as the garden trendsetter on your street! 😎🌳
Outstanding quality and service
We have just had 8 trees supplied and planted by Just Pleachy and we couldn't be more pleased. The quality of the trees is excellent and the planting team were extremely competent and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The result of which is a finished product that has to be seen to be believed. Really happy to recommend this company, superb!

Matthew, thank you so much for your lovely 5-star review! ⭐️ Who knew a chat in the hairdresser’s would lead to a garden makeover too! We’ve loved working on this with you, and the team will be over the moon to hear your feedback. We’re so happy you’re pleased with your new trees and the planting service. Thanks again for recommending us. Nothing beats good old-fashioned word of mouth. Especially when hairdressers get chatting! 💁♀️💚
Not living up to the internet promise at this point
The owner appears to be an internet expert not a Pleach tree expert. When we were sent the photo of one of the six trees bespoke ordered, it was clearly not meeting basic specification to be considered a proper full screen 200cm clear stem pleach. We have asked for refund and are being given the run around. Let's hope that she resolves this issue quickly, so a decent update can be given.

Thank you for your order of six bespoke pleached trees. I’m really sorry to read this. Our team has been working hard to support you at every stage, and we’d still love to find a positive way forward together.
Your trees were pleached to your custom specification and held in the nursery at your request. As this was a bespoke order, it’s non-refundable under our policy. As you’ve already initiated a chargeback, we’ll now follow the formal process through Shopify and Amex.
We’re still very happy to keep communicating privately to find a constructive resolution. Your trees are looking fabulous in the nursery and would make a beautiful addition to your garden.
