Great experience from start to finish
Found them when searching for a company supplying pleached trees. Their website is great and very informative. Noticed they were fairly close and called for a chat. Amazingly helpful as I really didn't have a clue what I needed. Sent them a couple of images and they made recommendations. I ordered off the back of this.
Delivery arrived and trees were better than expected. Great info supplied by chap delivering too. All around a great service. Would 100% recommend.

We ordered some trees from justpleachy and about 14 days after ordering had to cancel the order due to a change in circumstances. The company were brilliant and accommodating. Communication was easy and the refund issued quickly. From our experience you can do business with this company with confidence and we will for sure when we look to purchase the trees. Thanks to your team and good luck.

Impeccable service
From my initial enquiry to advice on choosing which type of pleached tree to order & delivery & planting the whole procedure has been impeccable & painless.
The communication level is extremely high & prompt.
The trees have accomplished exactly as I wished & obliterated a concrete jungle being built adjacent to my garden. Many thanks

We ordered 12 Portuguese Laurels and requested delivery be delayed so we had time to prepare the area where they were to be planted and on account of the ground being exceptionally hard due to the very dry and hot conditions during the summer. The trees arrived in splendid condition and great care was taken by the team in the placement and planting of the trees which are now establishing themselves and already showing signs of new growth. Based on this positive experience I would definitely use Just Pleachy again for further purchases of pleached trees.

14 trees all delivered and installed and looking really good even in December. I can only imagine how fantastic they will be next summer. The installation was in poor weather, rain, wind, dark but the dedication was amazing and much appreciated, thanks.

Excellent experience!
Everything about my experience with Just Pleachy was excellent. The initial consultation was incredibly helpful where we went through various options and what would be best for our garden. There was no pressure to buy then and there and we had time to consider whether to go ahead. So glad we did! The trees were delivered and planted a few days ago and they are better than we had pictured. The planting service was great, really professional and provided lots of helpful advice about caring for the trees.

Nellie R.Stevens pleached trees
Rachel and Stevie have been a great help to me right from the beginning of my decision to have pleached trees in my courtyard garden. They withheld the delivery of my plants over the Summer as we were away for long periods during that time when watering would have been difficult and again when we had to have new fencing installed. They were always in contact immediately replying to my many emails almost by return for which I was very grateful. I am looking forward now to seeing them in position.

Thank you so much, Christine. It’s been such a pleasure helping you plan your courtyard garden, from meeting you at the show garden to making sure your trees arrived at the perfect time. And they are the cutest little Holly trees! We really appreciate your kind words, and it means so much to know you’ve felt supported throughout. I’ve shared your feedback with Rachel, Stevie and the whole team here. It truly means a lot when customers take the time to leave a review. Wishing you so much joy seeing your new pleached trees in place, just in time to settle in for Christmas with their lovely scarlet berries! ♥️🌳
Great customer service, great quality product so far
Quicker delivery than expected and we got lucky and got the first delivery of the day. Trees are lovely and in great condition. The delivery driver was really helpful giving us some tips and advice as we planted them ourselves. They look great!
Needed to ring customer services and they got back to me within 10mins of me leaving a voicemail, and Rachel has been super helpful and sorted my queries out straight away. Would definitely use again! Hopefully the trees flourish!
