Absolutely appalling experience
Absolutely appalling experience. I ordered two Lightning charging cables and was told they would be dispatched, but days passed with no tracking information and no delivery. I contacted the company multiple times for an update and later requested a refund, but my emails were simply ignored.
Communication has been non-existent, and I feel I was misled about the dispatch of my order. When a business takes payment, the very least customers should expect is honest communication and either prompt delivery or a refund if there is a problem.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend JUICE UK. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from them.

Always my favourite chargers
After using juice chargers in the past, & being extremely happy.

Excellent Customer Service
I have purchased many products from this company and always found them great products, the last purchase I made was great until for some reason would not charge anymore! Contacted juice uk customer service team and had speedy response from a lady called Marinela! Sent evidence of the faulty item and a replacement is on its way now. I will and have advised friends and family of how friendly and helpful juice uk is!

Had a problem with a 5 charge power bank was working but button was loose informed juice and had a quick replacement in a matter of days amazing customer service well done!

According to the DPD tracking information, the courier attempted to deliver your parcel on 27th March at 9:21am. Unfortunately, no one was available to receive it, so the parcel was taken to a local DPD Pickup Shop for collection. As the parcel wasn't collected, it was returned to us by DPD on 24th April. I also sent you an email to let you know what had happened, but unfortunately I haven't received a reply yet. When you have a moment, could you please reply to my email? Terrible delivery times when ordering…
Terrible delivery times when ordering direct from them. Pigeon post at best if that’s still a thing!! I’ve ordered larger item which have arrived the next day, four days for a simple cable and still waiting.

I had a portable charger by Juice
I had a portable charger by Juice, after a while it bowed out, I let Juice know that there could be an issue, I will mention that the original charger was well outside the warranty.
They were pleased I let them know and sent a new charger free of charge. They were very helpful and I felt listened to

Disappointing Red Panda headphones…
Bought a set of wired Red Panda headphones for my daughter, when they arrived I was immediately concerned as they had been sent in just a black plastic bag, no other protection. The box inside was damaged and actually looked like it has been ripped open from the top. Subsequently the headphones don’t even, work which was such a disappointment! I have emailed the company, and they replied on the 10th June saying they would send a replacement out immediately - well it’s now the 21st June and we’re STILL waiting for a replacement and/or any tracking information, even after multiple attempts to communicate. Really disappointed as I wanted to avoid using Amazon and support a smaller business, but kinda wish I hadn’t now!
