Dangerous power bank, no response
I have a Juice Power Bank that became dangerous within a month of it's warranty expiring (venting noxious fumes while in use). Contacted customer service last week (Monday or Tuesday) to let them know, while I wasn't expecting an exchange due to the warranty a device like this shouldn't become unsafe the moment the warranty expires.
The response from Juice? Ignore the issue raised.

About 2 weeks ago, I purchased a power bank direct from them. When it arrived the outer casing was warped so I immediately contacted them. They told me it could be caused by various reasons one of them being extreme heat. So I think we can blame it on the heat wave. They immediately sent me a replacement. So I’m now one happy customer.👍🏻

Faulty item - poor customer service
I have decided to po at a revie because as others have pointed out, customer services is basically non existent. I've purchased 3 power banks and one of them was faulty. I've emailed now a couple of times and not even a confirmation email I received. I should at least be able to get the possibility to return a faulty item like with any other business.. why the whole ordeal of emailing to request a return if you are not going to answer!?
I'm very disappointed with the service really.

BEWARE - Juice PowerBank exploded only after a couple of uses
Bought a power bank from Juice a couple of months ago and have used the actual power bank less than a handful of times. I have gone to charge the power bank and the battery has actually exploded causing the power bank to rip apart.
Thankfully me, my partner or my son wasn’t anywhere near it otherwise this would’ve been a whole different review. Hopefully Juice reach out to me with an explanation on why their power banks can’t handle more than a few charges when that is their sole purpose.

Refund / Return Requests are Exhausting.
The purchase part was great but I need to refund my power bank because it is far too heavy.
Having to email Customer Services is timely,there should be an option to refund when logged into their site. Pick up date & time was agreed. Alas DPD haven’t picked up as agreed,so will have to wait for further email correspondence,having to make arrangements to be available for a courier pick up etc etc This is exhausting,whilst I have no idea when a refund might follow.
