I have used John Shepherd for many years to find new tenants and each time I have experienced excellent service. Mandi Thandi was professional, efficient and communicative throughout the whole process. John Shepherd has always found high-quality tenants and handled everything smoothly, making the entire experience stress free. I will certainly make use of their services again and would highly recommend them to other landlords.

My son and I were looking for a new family home to rent for ourselves and my Grandson and our little Frenchie, Bazza.
We saw a house in Chellaston and got in touch with the lettings agent John Shepherd to arrange a viewing.
We were met at the property by a lady called Catie Butler who showed us around the house and explained what the process would be and how it would work movi g forward.
From that moment Catie was absolutely fantastic. Catie really did in my opinion go above and beyond our expectations.
We did not realise that the property would be available to us in less than 14 days from the day of our viewing.
Catie sent us all the information we needed to apply for the property and sent our application over to the landlord straight away. We also have a little Frenchie and we were worried that we may bot be able to secure the house due to this.
Catie was in touch with us constantly, updating us and guiding us through the whole process from start to finish. Any questions or concerns we had were answered by Catie promptly, and she made what could have been a stressful time for us smooth and easy.
We put our faith in Catie and she did not disappoint.
We were so excited and happy when we got the call from Catie to say that our application had been successful and that we would be able to move in on the 27th of January, only 13 days after our initial viewing.
We feel that Catie supported and guided us through every part of our application and was the reason things happened so quickly and smoothly.
Catie Butler was professional and personable through out the whole of the process and I don't think that we would have been able to get this all done so quickly without her.
I cannot thank John Shepherd and especially Catie for their help and support and I would highly recommend there service should you be thinking about moving, they are brilliant.

It’s rare in this day and age to find a great estate agent who takes your calls, helps you out and does what he says he will do with professionalism and speed. Having been a developer for 30 years I have come across many shapes and sizes! Most are quite useless. So Joe Farrer is a rare breed - and a great asset to John Shepherds - if I employed him I would hold onto him with both hands!
