This is my 6th bag I've ordered and definitely not my last! The quality is amazing, the designs are amazing, and the customer service is truly amazing. Quick responses and so helpful and friendly. I recently spoke to Meg who was very friendly and made my whole experience lovely, as I had an issue that i mistakenly forgot to add my initials and just messaged to see if there was anything they can do which she investigated and helped. I'm very grateful. Cant wait to order more in the future.

Really disappointed. I have been waiting a week already for my order which is a handbag with no personalisation.No updates have tried email twice ,live chat and WhatsApp. No response from customer service
It would be nice to have an update at least or a landline to get in touch!
I am considering getting a charge back refund from bank.

My experience has been lovely. I came across JLR on Instagram and immediately fell in love with the Vancouver Tote. I chose to have initials put on my bag and a couple of days later I received an unexpected message advising that whilst they could go ahead with my chosen style of lettering they were not satisfied with how it was coming out. They recommended alternatives and I decided to go with their suggestion. I was impressed that rather than stick with the order they consulted me. A few days later I received my lovely initialled bag which is lovely.

I decided to make another purchase a few days later but I had a couple of questions so I emailed my query. Once again I received excellent customer service with a quick response I made a second purchase of the Taylor Tote. 🙂

In the wake of people realising that some luxury bags are being made cheaply and in some instances unethically it is great to discover smaller businesses who take pride in the quality of their bags and who go above and beyond for their customers.
If I have one complaint it’s that I have seen their latest releases and I’m tempted to make another purchase.

I ordered the bag and accidentally forgot to personalize it. I quickly emailed them and was directed to another email. I was told my personalisation had been noted and was informed of the time frame of delivery. I received the bag as they stated it would come

This is my fifth handbag from Johnny Loves Rosie and, yet again, I am so happy with it! These bags are always beautiful and well made. I love having such a choice of colours and styles in a vegan leather. Customer service is always great too - really helpful. Thank you so much :)

I received my item quite quickly but unfortunately it is faulty. I reported this to the email stated on your website straight away. On the Monday I received an email saying the email address is no longer used & to send to a different one. Thankfully I had figured this our & aleady done this. I then received an email notification back which advises they would try to respond within 48 hours. We are now 10 days on (6 working days) & I still have had no response. I have messaged via Facebook & Instagram. Someone responded on Instagram & advised they will pass on but still nothing back! I'm really disappointed in the lack of service from JLR. This item was a gift for my birthday which has now been & gone. Its really taken the shine off receiving my item & as a first time buyer from JLR.

No confirmation email and order still not arrived

I placed an order the 04/07/2024, I still haven’t received the order or any updates, I have emailed for an update and had no response. I have then received an email from a fake evri account saying my order is getting ready to be despatched. The tracking number I have received isn’t long enough for the evri website.

I have order the bag and all I received only order number. 8 days gone no updates nothing. I contacted the 4 times, live chat, WhatsApp, email and no response. So much disappointed, customer service is really bad!

Bag never turned up and no response to my many emails. I will never use this sorry excuse for a company ever again!

This is my second order with JLR and the first one was great. This time around it’s not gone well. Placed an order on the 21/6 and had my confirmation and that was it. Contacted them to be told it’s actually a pre-order item which I didn’t see on the website at the time of ordering but it was ok as it was going to be released week commencing 1/7. Still no rough idea of delivery. I’ve checked on the website a few times since and the expected release date has been chanced 3 times this week and still I’ve had nothing to warn this was an issue. We’re now at the 5/7 and still no word from the company and no idea when to expect delivery. This was meant to be a much looked forward to birthday present and a treat to start a new job on Monday but it’s been a bit of a disappointment. The lack of communication is upsetting to say the least and after my first experience with the company being so positive I had expected this time to be the same. I’m sure the bag will be lovely and fantastic quality but it would be really nice if it was highlighted on the confirmation email that the item was yet to be released and that release dates could potentially be changed. Over all I’m just really sad and disappointed.

I bought a JLR cross body bag approx 18 months ago.. I contacted the company after I received the bag as the stitching was not very good offered small amount of cash back. This was not what I wanted I just wanted a bag that was in perfect condition. I used the bag occasionally and the zip broke- followed by the glue at the bottom of the bag coming away- the strap broke. I have a very cheap primark bag I have used more and is still in good condition. I have today put my JLR tan cross body bag ( also personalised) in the bin.. very disappointed and this was my first and last purchase.

I have recently bought two bags and love them both. The quality is spot on and look better than in the pictures.

I forgot to add my initials but was able to email the team and get them added later which was really helpful.
The bag came quick and was well packed with care.
The extra bits that come with it such as the bow, tag and tassel make it extra special.
The whole bag feels luxurious and well made, also to add guilt free as it is faux leather.
I will be back to buy again.

Just bought my second JLR bag, a slightly bigger one this time. Absolutely love it and still able to use cross body as it comes with a detachable long leather look strap. The embellishments..,,tassel and tag etc make it look very stylish. Love the way you can personalise with initials. I’m actually going to use the material strap from my previous bag which will match and still looks like new.

I have ordered from this company twice now and both bags and accessories have been top quality. My most recent order also came with a free bow to attach to my bag which was a nice surprise. Fast delivery. Would definitely recommend.

Shocking bad quality. Only been using my bag for 2 weeks and the strap is just falling to pieces

Just ordered my first bag from JLR but when ordering I forgot to add my initials. I emailed in and got a response within half an hour. Meg sorted everything out for me. Cant wait till my bag arrives

I am building up quite a collection of JLR bags from cross body’s to Totes with coordinated accessories, I’m all about coordination 💝
Next purchase will be the large Tote to cheer me up as I’m on redundancy notice so I’ll be ready for when I start a new job with a new JLR bag, think I’m more excited for that than for a new job lol X
