Absolutely love JLR - have two bags now! Quality is amazing, service is outstanding and I always get compliments for my bags ❤️

I placed my order on 18/5 for the medium Taylor tote which was on back order until 27/5
I hadn’t received any tracking that day so contacted them on 28/5 to be informed there was a delay in receiving their shipment and it was due imminently.
Still hadn’t heard anything by 31/5 so chased again. I received a reply back on 3/6 to advise my order was being despatched that day.

I am delighted with the purchase, quality seems good. However customer service is really lacking.
Customers should be informed of delays. They shouldn’t have to chase

For some odd reason the wrong postcode was on the address so my item took longer to arrive, however JLR were contacted by myself on WhatsApp and contacted Royal Mail for me, they appeared to have more joy then myself as Royal Mail said there was nothing I could do. My parcel has since arrived and it’s gorgeous. Absolutely love JLR 🫶🏼

this company’s bags are lovely quality, timeless and a nice choice of designs to fit all taste. I’ve now got three from them and they are fast becoming my favourite brand for bags. I love that you can have personalisation on either the bag or an attachable tag. I’ve also received a free bow bag charm with orders which is a lovely touch.

Their customer service is quick to respond and resolve any issues or concerns. Highly recommend 🙂

I ordered a bag and requested personalisation but I was then worried I wouldn’t receive in time for my daughters birthday in a few days time. I emailed them and asked if they could possibly help and they replied promptly and were extremely helpful.
I received the beautiful bag beautifully packaged this morning well in time for her birthday.
They should be proud of their customer service and of their beautiful bags.

I am a new customer and have had an excellent experience with Johnny Loves Rosie. I ordered the Carrie bag and accessories set in powder blue and I’m over the moon with it all. I also received a free bow which was a lovely surprise. The complimentary personalisation is also a lovely touch. Excellent customer service too, I had a query which they responded to really quickly, friendly and fuss free. The whole experience has been wonderful.

J avais acheté un sac pour Noël mais au bout de 4 mois je constate que les renforts du sac s abîmés rapidement je contacte le service après-vente et le problème fut rapidement résolu car il réponde tout de suite juste des photos à prendre de mon sac pour lui montrer l usure et le sav me propose de l échanger où bien une carte cadeau car il n avais plus en stock la couleur souhaitée.je viens de recevoir mon nouveau sac comme d'habitude très bien présenté ainsi qu un cadeau je trouve que pour une petite société le sav est irréprochable car de plus il envoie des mails pour nous avertir des étapes de transport du sac je trouve ça très professionnel et je suis très reconnaissant longue vie à Johnny love London.

My initial delivery went missing due to courier negligence, contacted customer service and they sent out my order to work address which I have received this morning and very pleased with! Great customer service and overall happy customer! Thankyou guys!!

Amazing quality and design for the price. My bag came beautifully packaged with dust bag, key ring and tassel.

Gorgeous bags but absolutely terrible quality! I have a hardly used bag that’s around 18 months old that is falling apart, the edging started coming off when the bag was only about 3 months old and then the handle snapped off at the weekend, I contacted customer services and was offered a £10 voucher!! £10 for an £85 bag not even 2 years old!! They should be taking my bag back to inspect the faults with it and giving me a full refund! Needless to say I declined the voucher and will be throwing my bag in the bin!

Choulder strap came of, leather bit break on the bag after using it ower a year. Rarely use it, mainly on holidays..... not worth the money.

I was in contact with customer service a while ago because of problems with free shipping not being free. I was told it was a malfunction in the system so they offered a refund if the problem wasn’t solved after one working day. It wasn’t so after ordering the bag I’ve been looking at forever I emailed customer service and let them know the problem was still there. Within 24-hours of the email I had a refund and a we’re sorry about the trouble email. Now I’m eagerly awaiting the bag. Great customer service!

Great communication! I mistakingly ordered a bag without initials, so I emailed asking if they could be added. JLR replied quickly, made the necessary changes and it was despatched the next day. I’m looking forward to receiving and gifting my order.
