Nice little bag
Nice little bag. However online it said it came with a dust bag , but that was not in the package. I have emailed twice but had no response back. Slightly disappointed.

Their bags are so cute and functional and every time I carry one of their purses (all the time.....), I receive numerous compliments. First time customer I was so excited to receive my bag however when it arrived it was scuffed and marked. I immediately contacted customer service but the response time was long. When I finally did receive an email from Meg in customer service she was great and rectified my issue promptly. So possibly Meg is the 4 star!

Great customer service
I ordered two bags, a Carrie crossbody bag and a Chelsea maxi Crossbody bag both of which arrived promptly and were exactly as described in terms of size and colour . Unfortunately the tag with my initials on it for the Chelsea bag was missing so I contacted Customer Service to query this. Within hours Meg got in touch, apologised for the omission and explained what had happened ie the tag had been produced but just missed out at the packing stage. She confirmed she was posting it to me immediately and it arrived safely the following day. For me the test of a Company is how they interact and respond to their customers if there is an issue. In this case JLR and Meg were exemplary and I was very impressed with how I was dealt with and would give me total confidence in buying further beautiful bags

Over and above exceptional service
I don’t think you ever truly know how exceptional customer service is at a company until something goes wrong and Meg at JLR truly delivered!
I ordered my first bag & purse from JLR as a treat for myself for my upcoming holiday. The ordering process was simple and I was excited to receive my purchases. When they arrived, I was disappointed to see that there was damage to the logo on the bag. I immediately sent an email to JLR with a photo of the damaged item, explaining that I was 3 days away from my holiday and desperately wanted to find a resolution. Meg responded within an hour to apologise and advise that the replacement was already in production and would be despatched the same day. True to her word, my perfect bag arrived the next day!
I honestly could not have asked for anything more from JLR. This service has made me a customer for life and I’ll be ordering my next bag very soon!

Previously ordered without any issues.
This time however I paid for 3-5 day delivery & it took 11 days to arrive. Ordered nude bag & bag tassel, they are completely different colours. Have emailed twice about returning my order, no response.
Very disappointing after previous positive experience.

Really happy with my bag
Really happy with my bag. I changed my mind and wanted to drop one letter from my personalisation which they were happy to do. It's a really nice looking bag, my only problem is I wish it had an inside pocket like most bags do. But other than that I'm happy. I got it in the sale, I wouldn't normally be able to afford one otherwise.

Lovely Monogrammed Bags
I have ordered several bags, a purse and bag accessories from Johnny Loves Rosie. I love them all. The quality is fantastic. Love the fact that there are different, sizes, colours and accessories. Even better that they can be monogrammed. I have bought some full priced and the last one was a red Beatrice bag in the sale.Absolutely love it.. Delivery is quick and always packaged lovely and supplied with a dust bag.
