I love how it integrates directly to outlook, SEEK and LinkedIn. Makes it easier to source, update and monitor candidates.

I am very happy with Jobadder - I have been using since February 2024 and find it easy to navigate and use. Onboarding was excellent and help when required has been quick and easy. A great CRM

The question is what went right.

Was really excited about using this and when we went live it cost me personally so much time and lost me a-lot of money.

Couldn't post jobs on multiple sites.
Wouldn't parse a majority of the CVS.
Action Buttons all over the place.
Raised lots of tickets without any fixes.
Far too much going on and very time consuming

I have been using Jobadder for 18 months now and it is excellent. Its functionality and the fact you can tailor it specifically for your business need is great. I also really value the responsiveness of the help-desk support - much much better than our previous recruitment package.

I am in my second month using Jobadder and think it might be the easiest and most efficient database I have used in my 17 years in the recruitment industry.

It is so user friendly, the training modules are quick and easy to follow and any issues you can't get to grips with, the support team respond in no time.

Easily the best investment I have made starting up my own recruitment business.

JobAdder has been a fantastic resource to use in my Recruitment Agency, From the simplicity of where everything is to the user friendly interfaces, I couldn't recommend the JobAdder software any higher. I use it daily to manage all of my candidates and leave notes while speaking to the respective candidate.

The ease of the Email integration also makes it such a fantastic program to use to keep track of all information that is required to be recorded

In the last two years, Jobadder has increased its cost drastically.

We had the privilege of purchasing this software over a year and a half ago and all I can say its one of the best I have ever utilised over the past 25 years of working in recruitment. Constantly upgrading their CRM system great after service support and you can definitely see that it was designed by someone who understood the recruitment industry. I recommend it highly to anyone either starting out or needing a more user friendly Recruitment software package.

Having used a few other bespoke and enterprise systems, I have found Jobadder to be excellent. We have been able to customise according to our business needs and engage their team when help is required. We haven't faced a process or function the system isn't able to meet for our requirements.

We have used JobAdder for over 9 years. It is packed full of useful features required by any recruitment business. Furthermore there are loads of integrations which can take things to do the next level.

The support team is always very helpful when ever we have needed them too which isn't too often.

There is plenty of training available in the ATS directly and via blogs/articles and even some great videos and webinars!

Its very customisable which is great to tailor it to your own unique business requirements.

Loved the product and improved features. Product evolved with customer needs and good integrated partner

However, a few things
1) frequent price increase (without significant upgrade)
2) Disruption for Internet security features - lagged response time

Poor customer service. Very bad support. It's really not up to the level of other platforms. Locked in for 12 months, system is not as promised. Very disappointed overall

* Useless email / calendar integration - Google Workplace users need a plugin widget like what the hell, is this 2010?
* Severely limited field customisation
* LinkedIn integration does not work as advertised
* Posting jobs to LinkedIn directly from JobAdder has reduced functionality which renders it useless
* Try to verify your domain so you can send email directly from JobAdder - it never works
* Support response is by email, 4-12 hours - in other words don't bother. When they do respond they don't give you the answer, they just email you a link to an article you've already read

I find Job Adder to be easy to use as well as effective in keeping accurate track of our candidates by job title. It is my bible of what is going on per job. No need to remember the stage of the process you are in for each position, as Job Adder has specific columns for quick glance. I have been using it for close to 5 years now and love it.

I'm an Ex bullhorn user, Jobadder is simply brilliant, the way you manage jobs is so much better, its fast. We've had zero downtime and support are brilliant. The intuitive training is good as well. Would highly recommend.

As a contract recruiter, I've used JobAdder for years to hire temp and perm positions. It's simple to use, the staff are great, I've never had a bad experience!

JobAdder is easy to use, fast and intuitive. It takes no time at all to learn your way around it and personalise it.

But what stood out throughout the process was the support and care from the various teams we dealt with. The onboarding was brilliant - one point of contact, an easy way to communicate/flag issues and a very, very swift response. We had many short catch ups rather than several very long meetings, so we could just take it all step by step.

JobAdder has saved us all time and we have put that to great use, increasing our marketing, coming up with new BD strategies and even automating outreach. Can't recommend it enough.

It's made retaining candidates a lot easier, as well as communication through the system.

It's a very useful central hub, where I can search jobboards, post to them, and all applicants are automatically added to the CRM.
