just awful - any reviews here im sure are generatedby Job adder employees to keep people unaware - system is so old and backdated uploads are a complete mission when you enquire you wait 2 days for a response only to be told they can upload easily for ypou at a massive cost - OMG just do your research please

Support is impressive! Cannot fault the quick & helpful support given for any issues or even just queries. Although, the videos/training/guides are so thorough you don't often need further help.

We’ve had an extremely frustrating experience trying to set up basic third-party integrations with JobAdder, particularly text messaging and WhatsApp. These should be straightforward features in any modern CRM, yet they were incredibly difficult to implement and ultimately didn’t work at all.

Support was practically nonexistent. Sarah Maguire (JobAdder Support) repeatedly sent the same generic list of tasks—none of which solved the problem. There was no meaningful troubleshooting, no escalation, and no real assistance.

A CRM you can’t reliably text or message from is simply not fit for purpose. Based on our experience, I can’t recommend JobAdder.

I lodged a JA support ticket (not urgent) but Kristine responded within 30 minutes and was very helpful. Great service.

Jobaadder is a great database/CRM for recruiters. It has all the tools you need and more and it makes recruitment a lot easier as a user and manager.

The Jobadder support Team are helpful and quick to respond to enquiries and issues.

Technical Support is never easy and rarely gets the recognition it deserves, but is critical in any software implementation, or user experience. Fortunately for us, as an established user, the Support Team at JobAdder are 1st class and rest assured they will have you covered if currently in the selection process for new software.

Jobadder have provided a wonderful product, service and experience so far. A real intuitive interface and lots of features and add-ons that we're slowly getting familiar with.

In particular I'm happiest with the services JA provides, any time we have a challenge or query, we are looked after in quickfast time.

Job Adder is a great CRM platform.

Sent over a support ticket which was responded to within 10 minutes and explained well so I understood what the issue was.

The system is great, displays and produces all the information needed. The onboarding process is average, you're pretty much left to figuring it out yourself. But the worst thing about Job Adder is the customer service, which I'm hearing from numerous agencies that also use it as I work directly with recruiters. Customer service is appalling, no one will pick up the phone to call/assist, everything is via raising tickets and through emails and if you don't do things the way they want it doing the resolution is "until you provide this, we cannot assist further. " I'm sure there are other CRMs that are just as good with better customer service, so I suggest shopping around first and avoid Job Adder.

The help felt personal. Brandon went beyond the job and asked his managers for advice.

I absolutely love the product, it is super easy to navigate and the workflows make a lot of sense. It saves me so much time on the daily and I wouldn't be without JobAdder in my business. I recently had some tech issues (user error) and they worked with me at pace to get this remedied and back up and running. The implementation was seamless, the product is awesome and the team have always been wonderful to deal with.

JobAdder as a product is amazing, but what makes the real difference is their level of customer support. Always prompt, and any issues or questions that arise are always resolved in a very timely manner. Couldn't recommend enough!

Polite, professional, patient, successful support

My most recent support question was answered by Ron, who responded quickly and with high detail (which I really appreciate). There was enough detail required to solve the issue but also additional information to provide the background detail. Upon further questioning, I received an even more detailed response following Ron's information gathering including talking to the developers which assisted our business to put the right processes in place to work with the new feature. Thanks JobAdder for the speedy and detailed response.

Hassan was very patient and walked me through each step I needed to do to resolve the issue I was experiencing.

While there was more than 72 hours wait for a resolution from the support team, it was refreshing to finally hear from "LAM" taking ownership and providing a quick/prompt action! That is a mark of a true team player! Appreciate you Lam! :)

Kristine was very prompt with her replies and assistance. Honestly I've never had such quick help from support like this.
