Decent price. Great service

I would give 5 stars, however, I realized that I was overcharged for my parking when I arrived home. I booked with a AAA discounted rate and I wasn’t charged properly. I was tired after traveling and didn’t realize it. Otherwise, the service is very good and easy to get to and from the airport terminals.

Freakin’ expensive, but a little less than a round-trip Uber to Westchester. They took good car of my car, shuttle arrived fairly fast - bedside manner typical NYC :)

Drivers are keen to getting around the back roads of JFK. Cars are well taken care of and I have never received a scratch or dent on my car.

you were courteous and you were where you said you would be. I didn't give you five stars because no one is perfect and because the bathroom is a disgrace. People get to your place after a drive. Having a pleasant well cared for bathroom with a few amenities is virtually a necessity.

Super easy and convenient! Only waited 5-10 minutes tops for shuttle. They take you to and from the airport. I will forever use their company to ease my mind when traveling. Very affordable.

Quick service to the airport. Quick pickup on return. No problems. Also, the driver waited a bit at a different stop for a "no show", with radio back to dispatch trying to find them, which delayed us getting back to our car 5 minutes but showed that they tried hard to pick up the person, not just leave them.

Great experience with JFK Long Term Parking. The whole process was fast, easy, and very convenient. The shuttle service was excellent and took us right up to our terminal, which made everything simple and stress-free.

Mikey was our driver and was fantastic. He greeted everyone with a smile and was friendly and professional the entire time. Also, the manager at checkout, whose name I unfortunately can’t remember, was a very nice gentleman. He was pleasant, helpful, and got us checked out quickly.

Overall, really good service from start to finish. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone parking near JFK.

We had an appointment with global entry. So we were only there for about an hour total. Counter staff was nice and professional. Driver, he was our driver to and from the airport, was professional and personable. Very good conversationalist and friendly. I’ve parked there twice and will continue. Thank you

Driver was supportive and very helpful with luggage. After very long flight big delays and arriving late in the evening, Car was ready and processing was very quick.

This was a great place to park. The location was easily accessible and the shuttle was ready to go when we got there so it was a quick ride over to the airport early in the AM. The pickup process was easy as well - a quick call to let them know we were back at JFK and the shuttle was there to get us within 10 minutes. When we got back to the lot, we quickly paid our fee and our car was parked in the front, ready to go. Couldn't have been easier - thank you!
