punctured rear tire and scratched rear bumper- initial call with manager but have not heard back. would not accept pictures and customer informed that there is no proof.
long time customer. would have appreciated a reasonable solution with the concerns that were raised. would recommend that customers take pictures of the dashboard and car before leaving the car key with staff

I parked my truck in the lot for a week, and everything went according to plan. I had no issues there.

Note: the shuttle driving is something. They'll get you where you need to go; however, the drivers push the gas pedal like they're a NASCAR racer

Great experience. Quickly processed and transportation was ready to go. Once we landed tranpotation was there in 10 minutes with a friendly driver. Paid the agreed price and the car was ready to go. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

I arrived and they parked my car right away and the shuttle was waiting to take me to the terminal.

The staff is always very nice and gets you there on time. It’s such an easy process when traveling.

We didn't have a long wait. The drivers were very courteous. The man at the desk was also a very nice man. The whole process was excellent.

Came back after 6 days parked at this lot to find damage to my front fender and bumper. Fender is dented and the bumper severely scraped. If I hadn't noticed they would not have said anything about it. Attendant took videos and had me fill out an incident report claiming I would hear from their claims dept next day. No calls - I have called back twice with no help. Est $2200 damage. AAA should reassess their relationship. Cars are packed very tight at this lot. First and last time for me.

I waited 45 minutes for your shuttle to come , I could have been home faster if I took Uber.

My car was dinged in three separate places on the front left bumper. It was parked up tight against another car when leaving (and it was twilight) so I didn't see the damage until after I returned home and saw it during daylight the next day. Very disappointed, because I 'left without reporting' they're not liable. Lesson learned on my part to do a better job inspecting and not trust anyone to admit when they were at fault.
I also had to wait 30 minutes for the ride to leave the airport back to the base (when they said 15-20) because we had to wait for 10 additional people to show up. If others pretend to have their luggage when they don't, that shouldn't force others who followed the rules to wait for them. It's then a 10-15 minute drive back to base. So from having my bags and calling for a pick-up to getting back to the base took 48 minutes. Just be prepared to wait longer than you anticipate.

The web site was easy to use when I reserved our spot. We won’t be parking there till next month.
