As usual service at drop off was on point from the reception desk to the shuttle to the airport. It was the same on our return staff who drive the shuttles are very nice and helpful and at reception my check out was smooth and I earned 2 free days which was a great plus.

The bus drivers were professional and quick. My car was ready for me when we arrived back at the lot.

The people were helpful and polite. The rate was fair. Overall a very good experience.

The drop off was fast and easy. The pickup was harder. The van was full when it came around. Families were getting skipped multiple times.

Team is always professional, quick, and patient when you ask them to repeat themselves a dozen times due to airport noise.

The service from the time we arrived at the parking lot to when we got back , it was awesome everything was ready for us !! No soothing whatsoever, thank you

The price went from $315 to $346 for same stay when I looked last month . May be better to take car service

The dispatcher called the driver who was about to leave from Term. 4 as soon as I called in to request pick-up there. The driver waited for me and greeted me with a big smile.

I used JFK long-term parking recently and honestly had a really good experience. Booking was easy, and everything was pretty straightforward when I got there. The lot was simple to find and well organized, which made things less stressful.
The shuttle came quickly both times, so I didn’t have to wait around long. The staff were very polite, and when I got back, they even helped put my luggage in the trunk, which I really appreciated after a long trip.
I felt comfortable leaving my car there since everything seemed secure and well taken care of. Overall, it went better than I expected, and I’ll definitely book with them again next time I’m flying

For the most part the experience was great. We had to wait over 30 minutes for a van to pick us up at the terminal and bring us back to the lot.
