Too small luck of equipment and no sona compared to others branches no stuff around so u can ask how to uesd equipment and no any construction on alot machines

Great use of space and equipment is amazing! Very clean. I can always get a good workout in.
One issue is the actual showers. They are quite ‘rough and ready!’ They do not stay on for long enough when you press the button and the flow is poor.

Very clean, professional.
Massive space over 2 floors.
Respectful people, great atmosphere.
Huge range of kit to chose from, and then some more.
Great price with free classes.

The staff is really nice and helpful, always happy to help. One of the best gyms in Bristol, got loads of free weights and benches. In busy times there is always a bench free. GM of the gym (Nadiyah) is really friendly and got me comfortable around the gym environment. Defo recommend this gym to everyone.

Really looking forward to the Yoga class only to arrive and be told it’s not running.

If classes are cancelled it would be useful if this was updated on the app as it would’ve saved me a lot of driving and could’ve planned other things.

Great, easy to sign up and use gym. Decent equipment, good atmosphere, like the music and staff are helpful. Always seems clean and tidy.

The only drawback is a lack of resistance bands and require this for some of my workouts! Apparently they have been stolen so the gym could do with something in place to stop happening. Maybe a barcode/tag on the bands?

Overall really like the gym, people are friendly and glad I became a member. Cheers!

a few broken machines. Faulty grips on the lifting equipment.

The music is really loud and intrusive, especially on top of the noise levels when the gym is crowded. Sometimes I leave because it's too overwhelming.

The staff are always friendly and polite and the gym is clean.

Needs more stepmasters. There are only 3 and one is always out of use. At the moment there’s only one working one which is not uncommon. They’re always in use which is probably why they breakdown so often and takes ages for them to be fixed so 90% of the time there is only one or two. Please please please get some more as they’re so popular and it’s all I really want to use when at the gym. Also the WiFi is rubbish and it’s always too hot in there even in the winter never mind the summer so better AC would be good. I don’t know how to use any weight stuff and there was no induction on how to use those machines when you join. On the app it says there will be staff around for you to ask how to use machines but there never is

The gym is much bigger than I expected. There's also free classes included in my membership and I am excited to try them all. All I needed.

All the machines are missing loads of labels, I never know how much I'm lifting

When you go in, there is a table with 3 or 4 totally unapproachable people who I'm assuming work there. At no point have I seen any staff walking around the gym or any notices/pictures stowing who the staff are and what PT's are available. It would be useful if staff had a uniform of sorts that makes them identifiable to the gym goers. I could really use a PT or get some advice but no-one is there! Pretty shocking really as I've seen some questionable behaviour at the gym I attend.

Good value with a varied choice of classes. The gym is clean and simple to use with lots of options in terms of equipment.

How is posible to don't have acces to the gym when i'm a member from 29.01.2023.i've payed, i have the email of confirmation also with direct debit confirmation email beut i'm not allowed in the gym because nowone can set my direct debit, but i'm the first month payed already. What's happened with my time my money?Why nobody from finance departament don't contact me to sort this problem?
