It is a great starting point to have a positive personality for a very early morning of a long day tour.
Junaid is a wonderful example someone who transmits a good energy and shows care about his clients.
He was very professional and took us around with all the sufficient infos about the places we visited, pointing out priorities and also being respectful, patient and flexible about the preffered options.
He is an example of people working in this business as well as being presented as options by Get Your Guide, which is not always the case.

There was a sense that Mani would be a great tour guide based on his initial recommendation. Instead of beginning the tour at 8AM, as I had planned, Mani shared insight that an earlier start may afford better views of Mt. Fuji.

When picking my family up at our hotel, Mani was very punctual. The vehicle was very clean and maintained at a comfortably cool temperature throughout the tour.

Our customized itinerary granted us the opportunity to see spectacular views of Mt. Fuji! While taking photos, the value of Mani's recommendation became apparent.

Of all the Mt. Fuji tour options which were reviewed, I am glad that this option was selected and that Mani was assigned!

We had an absolute blast on our tour with Sunny! He put together the perfect itinerary for our two kids, who are obsessed with geology, mountains, and water. We were so lucky to get a crystal-clear view of Mount Fuji, which was an incredible highlight. We also had the privilege of taking a speed boat ride across Lake Kawaguchiko before heading over to Hakone, where we rode the pirate ship and took the Hakone Ropeway. Aside from seeing Mount Fuji, our favorite part of the day was visiting the sulfur springs, trying the famous black eggs, and taking in the breathtaking views from the ropeway. Everything was seamless from start to finish. It was a perfect day all around, and we couldn't recommend Sunny more highly!

Saim was an excellent driver, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. We essentially had a driver rather than a guided tour, as the explanations provided were very limited. We also had to pay for the parking ourselves, and not even a bottle of water was provided. Overall, we expected a much more complete and attentive tour experience.

Junaid was an awesome driver and tour guide. He was so willing to customise the day according to our interests. We had our kids with and was amazing with them. We loved our Mount Fuji tour. Thanks Junaid, hoping to visit again in the future

Our tour with our guide Sunny was interesting and enjoyable. We’ve visited many places and had good time. Sunny was on time, carrying and flexible. He wanted to show us as much as possible. At the same time he wanted us to feel independent and spend more time in the place we liked more.

Manni was a great guide for our Mt Fuji day trip from Tokyo. He explained the set up of the day well and was willing to change things easily if we wanted to do slightly different things.
He provided interesting information about Japanese culture, religion and facts about Mt Fuji.
Lots of driving for him as the traffic was so bad- but he was calm and helpful throughout the day. Would definitely use Japway tours again and recommend their services to others.

Following a recommendation from Japan Tours Ltd to leave early and avoid traffic, we departed at 7 a.m. instead of the planned 9 a.m., and it worked out perfectly. Our driver, Rizwan, was friendly and knew the route well. We had a great tour.
