Japan Ichiban Tours Arvostelua

Umer was GREAT. Great day. Cloudy but we had a wonderful time. Good to get out of Tokyo for a day full of green and fresh air.

We came to Tokyo as a family in September 2026 and choose Japan Ichiban Tours to arrange everything for us for a 10 days trip!
For the first 5 days that we passed in Tokyo we were accompanied by VICKY, who was our driver and guide!
I would give him a 5 stars rating for everything he suggested us and for his professional experience, for his promptness in satisfying every request of ours!
Bravo Vicky, you are a precious employee of Japan Ichiban Tours!😍🙏

Our Mt. Fuji tour was a wonderful experience despite the rainy weather. A big thank you to our tour guide Muneeb for being friendly, patient, and accommodating throughout the trip. Even though the weather was cloudy and rainy, He made sure we were comfortable, safe, and able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Muneeb provided helpful information, shared interesting facts, and kept a positive attitude despite the weather conditions. His service and professionalism made our experience memorable. We truly appreciate the effort and dedication in making our Mt. Fuji visit enjoyable. I recommended for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, kind, and reliable tour guide. Thank you for making our rainy Mt. Fuji adventure special! ☔️🗻✨

We had good experience with Ahmad. Highly recomended.

We booked the private Daikoku Parking Area Jdm tour with Ichiban Tours. The communication with this company was very good. Our driver Umer picked us up at our hotel. We had a wonderful tour with him. We went to Daikoku and Autobacs and also did visit the Tokyo Tower. Thanks to Umer we had a great experience.

I had a great experience with jhanzab tour guy
So helpful and he knows so much about Japan
He gave us great tour and took us so many places
Highly recommended
Will book him for my next destination

We had a great experience with Ichiban on our two separate tours with them, one to Nikko with our driver Mani and a day trip to Mount Fuji with Ahmad. Both of them were incredibly professional and courteous. The pick up and drop off were smooth, the minivans were very comfortable and both Mani and Ahmad had a deep knowledge of the history they explained to us in perfect English. I highly recommend Ichiban to anyone visiting Japan—Sanjam from Toronto.

We took a day trip to Mt Fuji with Japan Ichiban Tours. Totally worth it. Our guide Bilal was knowledgeable and managed the tour and schedule very well.

Absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a similar trip!

Very informative. He explained and showed us the tourist spots at Kamakura and Enoshima.
Very knowledgeable

Our first time in Japan and we chose to tour with Ichiban Tours.
Our Driver and guide Umer was fantastic. Very friendly, careful driving and took us to some amazing locations and experiences.

Well worth booking a tour to see the real Japanese culture.

Thankyou!

We had an amazing tour today and our tour guide Bilal Javed provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience enjoyable with interesting stories and helpful insights about each location we visited. He was also patient, attentive, and made sure everyone in my group felt comfortable and included throughout the tour. His enthusiasm and professionalism truly made the day memorable.
Thank you for such a wonderful experience—I would highly recommend this tour and especially our guide Bilal to anyone visiting!

Driver umer was great throughout for the Mount Fuji trip

My tour driver Umer was very helpful in providing details with all the places that we have been during our trip in Mount Fuji.

I was also grateful to the company that they allowed the trip to postpone by 1 day due to myself getting a fever.

I would be happy to use this company again when I visit Japan.

Very convenient and comfortable tour in Mt Fuji area. Our tour guide/driver (Umar) speaks English well and friendly.

Had a great experience and the driver was very good. Thanks

Jani was our driver, he was very communicative and was on time for pick up. He was very flexible with our schedule and even recomended a little Japanese restaurant that was delicious. Recommend his services 💯.

The tour was so much fun!! Definitely recommend. Our driver Umer was very courteous and friendly. Lots of great memories!

Vicky was a kind and patient guide. He took us to do hiking up on Mt. Fuji. Stopped for a good spot for photos and was accommodating to ending the trip a little early since our son was not feeling well.

5-Star Review for Japan Ichiban Tours
We recently completed a 13 Day Private Japan Tour (May 25 – June 7, 2026) and it was truly excellent from start to finish.
Everything was perfectly organized and executed. The itinerary was well-balanced, covering all the must-see highlights in Tokyo, Nikko, Kamakura, Mt Fuji & Lake Kawaguchi, Hakone, Kyoto, Nara, Osaka, and Kobe, while still allowing enough time to enjoy each place without feeling rushed. The private transfers, hotel pick-ups, and English-speaking service made everything so smooth and stress-free.
Special mention goes to our wonderful drivers, Ali and Vickey. They were exceptional — mostly on time, professional, safe, and incredibly helpful. Their positive attitude and local knowledge really enhanced the whole experience. We felt well taken care of every single day.
If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality private tour company in Japan, I highly recommend Japan Ichiban Tours. They delivered exactly what was promised and made our trip truly memorable. Thank you Ali, Vickey, and the whole team!
We will definitely be back for another tour in the future. 🇯🇵

Thank you to Vicky for driving us to Mt, Fuji and the surrounding landmarks.
He was friendly and knows where to bring us to maximize our day tour experience.
