Always good quality products, why this is not 5 stars is pay for delivery times which is always exceeded. So next day turns into 3 days and so on.

Delivery package stolen due to being left in highly visible location by the courier (Evri). Will be seeking a refund!

I would actually give this company zero if i could.
Tried to return a faulty item which had shrunk considerably (sliders) to be met with aggressive store manager refusing to help or offer an exchange. Fobbed off to head office who in turn redirected to store. Utter shambles. Will not shop here again.

Shame I cant leave no stars. Returned an online order to be deducted £28.00 for returning an "unwearable" item. All items were returned overnight in the same new condition they were received in. When I discussed with an advisor I was told to take it up with a third party as there was nothing they could do and the email trail ended. So they have kept an item and charged me for it too. Disgraceful practice and obviously very profitable for them.

Edit 19.07.25: Having been contacted by customer services the day after I left this review I have now been refunded the additional £28.00 so have changed this review to 3 stars. I am naturally pleased with the outcome but should not have had to go through this in the first place. Shout out to Roy in customer services who got in touch and promptly sorted this out.

It is not cost effective to order from Jack Wills. I ordered an item for £39.99. The delivery was £4.99. The item didn’t fit. The return fee is also £4.99. So 25 percent of the value of the item goes on postage fees. I have wasted almost £10 to try something on basically. Not worth it. Would not recommend.

The major benefit is that the products are available in all sizes.a great fit.clothing feels great.which makes me feel good.

My experiences have been all positive - good quality items, efficient deliveries. I strongly recommend

Shocking delivery! Del by evri 10.39pm which I had to go look for as was dumped on a different driveway that cost me £9.99 for del but you need to go look for it yourself… wait I go get my torch then

I placed an order in error and immediately tried to cancel it.
I was referred to Contact Us and thence to CustomerService which in turn took me back to to Contact Us. After going round and round several loops I failed to find any Contact details and gave up.

I only buy the boxers shorts…I’ve been wearing them for years and years and would never and will never wear any other

I paid 10 pounds for next day delivery one June 19th and Evri said that there was a delay and now its the 26th and I'm still waiting.

I bought the product for full price, however when it arrived it had a sale price tag on it, where it had been discounted and this price had not been passed onto myself.

Washed a jumper according to instructions on the label and it was ruined. Contacted customer service, who refused a replacement for their substandard product because I hadn’t tried to wash it within a month of purchase (they don’t tell you that in advance of purchase, do they). All further attempts to contact them have been ignored.

Rubbish quality product backed up by worse customer service. Do yourself a favour and buy from anywhere else.

Ordered a three shirt bundle for a special offer of £34.99 which unfortunately when arrived were too small. Therefore I started the return process and did think it was a little cheeky placing the courier fee on me of £4.99 to return (not normal in my experience). My bad not checking before ordering and getting caught out. The main issue I had was when I was finally refunded (It was dragged out a little) they deducted a further £4.99 from my refund, effectively double charging me the courier fee to return. After looking for a non existent phone number on their website I realised I needed to use their contact form which I did (politely) and was subsequently ignored receiving no response whatso ever.

After charging me full price £45 online, my order arrived a week later, proudly attached to a 50% off sale tag £23 (their weird maths). It’s impossible to raise any issue because, in brief: they don't care about you. Honestly - go out and buy locally, JW is not a good brand.
