Jack Wills has completely 'messed up' my most recent order......TWICE!!

We saw a Jack Wills hoody jacket in their shop in Street but they didn’t have one that just had the logo on it so we ordered direct online. Website was easy to use as well as ordering. Quick confirmation via email, Evri said they were waiting to deliver and when they anticipated delivery. Advised actual date and time, and received on time. Really, really happy with the hoodie. Thanks

I bought a very poorly made pair of jogging bottoms. Supposed to be medium but would fit a forty waist easily. I removed the labels and tried them on. But they fit so badly that I could never wear them. They refused to consider helping at all. A cold email from customer services didn’t help. I will never buy anything from them again. I cannot be sure what size I will receive.

Appalling service. I tried to generate a return but my order was not showing on the website. After much trawling of the website I found the advice telling me to check back later as it can take a while for orders to show. When it didn’t appear a few days later, I emailed Customer Service. I heard nothing back for a 5 days, when I received an email asking me the reason for the return. I replied immediately. After a further 4 days, I received a reply telling me that the 28 day return window had now been breached (it was actually 27 days by this point) and offering a voucher instead of a refund, if I arranged courier delivery of my return. I have not accepted this and will pursue the issue until I receive a full refund. There is no way of speaking to anyone on the phone. Even the stores do not have a head office number. I will never buy from this company again.

Cancelled items off my order once I’d paid, never gave me the opportunity to cancel the whole order.

These sliders are nice however all 3 I ordered look like they’ve been used before. It’s either that or during the shipping process, it wasn’t taken care of properly. Although these are lovely, there are many wear and tear marks which is disappointing.

I bought 2 pairs of shorts in the same size. One pair were ok and fitted me perfectly, the other pair were huge and much too big for me. They were on offer at the time, if you bought 2 pairs, so if I return one pair the offer isn’t valid, and I would also have to pay £4.99 to return them! So I would end up with a couple of quid as a refund, for something that isn’t my fault but the fault of shoddy workmanship and zero quality control.This has happened to me before and I didn’t learn my lesson but I have learned now and I will never purchase anything from this company again! You can’t even contact them as there’s no phone number and the live chat is never open, even though they state the opening hours!

Not received my order emailed them. No one’s got back to me not impressed at all and I’m going on holiday soon.

Ordering was very straightforward, but the courier service, Evri, are shockingly bad. They have failed to deliver my parcel and it's not the first time this has happened. Perhaps a change of courier should be considered
