Παρήγγειλα ένα ζευγάρι γυναικεία παπούτσια Air Jordan 1 low τα οποία παρέλαβα μετά από 14 ημέρες χωρίς καθόλου ενημέρωση. Καμία απάντηση σοβαρή στα σχετικά mails που έστειλα ζητώντας το αυτονόητο δηλαδή να έχω ενημέρωση για το πότε θα παραλάβω την παραγγελία. Φυσικά και είναι απατεώνες και το διαπίστωσα όταν παρέλαβα ένα ζευγάρι αθλητικά παπούτσια τα οποία δεν ήταν αυθεντικά Nike! Είναι αντιγραφή χωρίς να υπάρχει ίχνος δέρματος στην κατασκευή τους,μόνο πλαστικό και χωρίς ένα ταμπελάκι που να επιβεβαιώνει τη γνησιότητα τους φυσικά!!!! Πλήρωσα 154€ για α ένα προϊόν αντιγραφής. Δεν απαντούν στο αίτημα μου για επιστροφή χρημάτων και του προϊόντος, όταν απαντάνε ζητάνε να στείλω φωτογραφία (?) και αφού τη στείλω με κοροϊδεύουν ζητώντας και άλλες φωτογραφίες. Επιστροφή χρημάτων έχω ζητήσει και δεν έχω λάβει απάντηση. Τρέξτε μακρυά! Θα το φτάσω στη δίωξη ηλεκτρονικού εγκλήματος και θα πληρώσουν για ότι απάτη έχουν κάνει!! Τέτοια υποκείμενα πρέπει να μπούνε φυλακή

El día 7 de agosto hice una compra y a día de hoy 31 de agosto siguen sin preparar mi pedido y enviármelo, su primer email al reclamar fue que ya había sido enviado con ups, el segundo email al reclamar es que hubo un problema con la autentificacion del producto, los siguientes email de cancelacio
del pedido y que me devuelvan el dinero ya no los responden, acabo de poner una reclamación al centro europeo del consumidor ya que por las buenas está empresa no sabe trabajar, no comprar en esta web no son serios y no ofrecen el servicio que ellos dicen, una pena no haber leído las reseñas antes de comprar.

We hadden expres delivery genomen maar schoenen kwamen pas na 2-3 weken toe. Na het lezen van de reviews waren we ongerust dat we ons geld kwijt waren maar de schoenen zijn goed toegekomen en achteraf waren er excuses. Komt goed met izicop!

À fuir, je ne sais pas si ce site est un site frauduleux ou non, mais il n'y a aucun service client à l'écoute et disponible. J'ai commandé une paire de New Balance il y a plus de 15 jours et je n'ai depuis aucune nouvelle malgrè de nombreuses relances. Vous ne pouvez pas faire confiance à ce type de commerce.

My recent experience was quiet good. The product is excellent but it was delivered to me with an extreme delay and that was the only dissatisfing thing, which gave the four stars rate.

I payed 135,90€ for my order, included 13,90€ for fast express, so my shoes had to arrived on 10.08.2023, latest on 14.08.2023.
I still waiting for my payed order and write many Emails to costumer service but nobody cares about the problem.
I only get the answer that the matter will be taken care of, which has not happened until today.
it seems like this seller is not trustworthy!

When I received the package, I reached out to their customer support via email. I received an acknowledgment email from them, stating that they would get back to me within 48 hours. It has been over a week now, and I haven't heard from them.

Also, I had seen the same white color on other reliable websites. However, I chose to buy from izicop because I believed they had the "Coconut Milk" design. Despite it being more expensive compared to other websites, I still ordered from them because that's what I wanted. Unfortunately, I received the wrong product.

Adding to the frustration, there was no return label included in the package. This makes it impossible for me to return the product to them, which I find quite strange. If you're considering shopping from them, be cautious as there seems to be a risk involved.

J ai commander une paire de Jordan 1 mid triple white qui fait un peu matiere crocro sur les bords modèle 2020 et j ai reçu un modèle 2022 qui est différent j ai payer plus chère pour pouvoir avoir ce modèle et au final on m envoie le même modèle qui est disponible à JD pour 60 euros moins chère la livraison express a 10 euros une vrai arnaque le colis n eSt pas envoyer en express et après ups trimbale le colis. De plus j ai demander la livraison à domicile et ups me dit que l expéditeur à demander la livraison en relais j’ai dû me déplacer loin de chez moi sachant que je ne suis pas véhiculer une vrai galère

Ho restituito le scarpe in quanto la misura non andava bene. Tralascio le difficoltà per avere indicazioni utili alla restituzione. Il pacco è giunto a loro mani il 20 luglio 2023. dopo diverse mail di richiesta informazioni relative al rimborso, il 24 luglio 2023 mi rispondono :

I have placed my order longer than a month ago and it still didn't arrive. The worrying part is that I have contacted them three times and they still did not respond. I do a lot of online shopping and this is the first time I'm experiencing something like this. Unprofessional and scam behavior.
I advise everyone NOT to purchase anything from izicop. I am trying to cancel my order. Hopefully they will respond sometime.

J’ai passé ma commande lundi j’ai pris une paire livraison 48h avec transport express à 10€ la paire vaut 600€ !
On est jeudi soir et à l’heure actuelle 0 mail, la commande n’est même pas encore confirmé !
J’ai déjà envoyé plusieurs mail depuis mardi ou là encore ils s’engagent à répondre en 48h mais sans aucune réponse non plus !
J’espère avoir très rapidement de leurs nouvelles ou je devrais aussi entamer une procédure !
Je modifierai un peu mon évaluations et ma note si j’ai une expédition ou remboursement très rapidement. Mais c’est pas sérieux.
Ils devaient soit disant me rembourser sur la carte bancaire et ils ne l’ont jamais fait ! Ça fait 1 mois toujours rien! Je vais me diriger vers la justice.
