Buonasera, vorrei delle informazioni per quanto riguarda il mio ordine, visto che è stato un errore del corriere entrambi abbiamo fatto contestazione e vorrei avere una risposta chiara da voi sul come risolvere la questione. È passato un mese e mezzo io non ho il pacco e nemmeno i miei soldi, come minimo vorrei il rimborso grazie 
Se possibile vorrei un numero di telefono del titolare visto che con i commessi non sto risolvendo niente, altrimenti mi toccherà raccogliere tutte le recensioni che ho trovato sul vostro profilo contattare tutte le persone e andare a fare una denuncia, se mi fate il rimborso la questione si chiude qui, perché ho tutti i messaggi al quale non avete neanche risposto e non siete stati corretti nei confronti di un cliente che ha sborsato e non un problema mio da risolvere

I have ordered my shoes on 6oct 2023, they were never shipped. I didnt receive the money back, after few emails with their contact adress they now send me an e-mail that they are sure I have received the shoes. So I dont recomend this company, no produkt and no money back, very dissapointed

Stay away! Order placed in October never delivered. Customer support does not reply. Finally Klarna re-imbursed in January after receiving evidence that Izicop.com is not responding to emails or fulfilling their part of the contract. Now, six months after the event, Izicop sends an email and asks for Banking information so they do a refund. Scam.

Commande non reçue. Après des échanges de plusieurs mails le remboursement demandé a été effectué.

I only wish there was a zero star option. It is a scam, I also wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Order placed on January 2nd and of course no parcel received EVER. 200 $ I will never see again.. It is a clear scam and needless to say I have reported it but no good came out of it.

Oplichters webshop zou eigenlijk klarna aansprakelijk moeten stellen voor de oplicht praktijken. Klarna weet inmiddels dat er zoveel mensen zijn opgelicht maar klarna blijft met hun samenwerken echt ziek dit!!!

Na 5 weken nog steeds niks ontvangen en krijg al weken geen reactie op mijn mail. Voelt als een oplichting!

Ce sont des voleurs , 3 mois que j’ai commandez . Ils ne m’ont jamais envoyer la paire de baskets et ne m’ont jamais remboursé ne commandez surtout pas sur ce site , ils ne répondent pas au téléphone et ni aux mails envoyer .

Order #5743. Complete scam! First and last time purchasing from them. Ordered for delivery before Christmas, then said there would be a delay so would be delivered a week after Christmas but never came. I have been back and forth with emails but they have stopped replying. Two months on and I still haven't received my parcel or compensation for something I spent €150 on.

J’ai été prélevée le 16 janvier . Pour le moment trois mails envoyés aucun retour et aucune trace des baskets commandées …
Je suis très mécontente et l’absence d’explications est juste non acceptable !

Vendita annullata dalla stessa Izicop.
Procedura di rimborso infinita e poco chiara. Sono finito in un loop senza uscita tra Izicop e VivaWallet. Ho recuperato quanto mi era dovuto solo dopo un mese di estenuanti comunicazioni e l'intervento del legale.

Esperienza terribile.

I had ordered a pair of shoes in November 13 2023 and it has passed two months without having my order. The first communication that we had it was about when I will receive my order because it has passed one month after my order and they respond to me and said that my order is delayed due to the authentication and then they asked me for refund. I answer to them in a numerous of emails that i want my money back .From this time they haven't respond any of my emails. This site is a deceive for your own good Do NOT TRUST THIS SITE . I made a communication with the police where i will make a lawsuit and they will have to pose huge problem in order to have my money back!!!

This company is managed by pirates . I placed an order in November 2023 and the sneakers have never arrived so far and more critical they did not give me my money back. I know that the police authorities are already on the trail of the responsables of the company. They are not serious.

After long days waiting for concrete action from you side, the process it was closed in the correct way but with a lot of suffering for the customer 😞

Schoenen besteld, kreeg een mail dat ze zouden worden verstuurd, maar kreeg niet tot nauwelijks reactie. Uit eindelijk wel meer dan 10 keer geprobeerd contact op te nemen of mijn bestelling geannuleerd kon worden. Gelukkig had ik met Klarna betaald en hebben zij ervoor gezorgd dat Izicop de bestelling annuleerde. Kortom: onbetrouwbaar en slecht bedrijf. Bestel hier niet!
