Representative was great in locating another item when the one I ordered was out of stock. It came within a reasonable amount of time and 2as reasonably priced. However, the item wasn't for me. I was able to return the item and received a full return. Yes, I would purchase from this seller again, I just have to make sure it's exactly what I want.

There are times when you buy things, that is so cool you unfortunately get a bad batch or non working product. But if you have purchase that item from a company that backs there product and offer warranties. As a consumer you have no fear of losing your hard earned money. Purchased some SKY BUDS from iTechDeals and got a pair of dud buds, but after reporting my sadness to them. Fantastic service. Ordered economy shipping and had it within two weeks. When I told them I hadn't received my tracking number, they immediately sent it to me and turns out I got it the very next day. The contents were FANTASTIC. Got something I really needed and a few items I needed for backups. Great experience.

I purchase 2 Fujitsu tablets. They both worked well out of the box. I was disappointed that they didn't come with a stylus, (I didn't read the details well), however, they function as promised. I will definitely purchase again from Itechdeals. Customer support responds very quickly.

Ordered Refurbished Item (Macbook) but it was a junk. Tons of scratches and corner cracks even on the screen. It was a GABaGE. I didnt even try to charge it and asked for return.
The result? Took almost 10days of only email communication and had to pay for returning cost ($25) because refurb item is good excuse for them to walk away from this kind of issue. Legally you are jammed. Read that freaking small words. Again, only email communication is available.

Anybody, every product we purchase may have a problem, that's a fact. But the way such a problem is dealt and taken care of makes all the difference. I bought a tablet. It had problems. ITech support -thank you Amy- was impeccable, seamless, and no fuzz. I returned the tablet at no cost to me, and what I paid was returned the same day! Wish my health insurance company would be so accomodating and simple

There was some sort of glitch in the order application.
