I have contacted iTechDeals repeatedly about spam emails and they have twice told me they would take care of it. I am still getting multiple emails every single day. Now they just ignore me when I ask them to stop. I never signed up. I've reported them to the FCC. I've posted it all over their Facebook page and I'll put it everywhere I can until they stop harassing me. If this is how they do business, I will never buy a single item. Their email also does not have an unsubscribe link. I have to go to their website to request it there. Nothing works.

The used item I purchased came quickly and well wrapped. Unfortunately it was a school computer and had some screen damage and the mousepad was deeply scratched. But iTech was very good in taking me thru the return process. So 5 stars for purchase process, 3 stars for the product/surface defects and 5 stars for the return process

While I had a couple of issues with the devices I received, the Customer Service I received was terrific! They were responsive, and corrected the issues for me right away.

Ok... I ordered a iPhone 5C refurbished no big deal I really only want to use it as a camera not as my main phone. It was an incredible price. After I ordered I looked at some reviews and got a little concerned. I sent an email and they promptly replied. About two weeks later I received a text stating that my phone was in the mail with an actual working tracking number through DHL. Boom ... the next day this phone was in my mailbox. It is in excellent condition no scratches works perfectly I'm very pleased although their shipping and communication seems to take longer than expected. But I am pleased and will use them again until I get screwed by them.... Which I hope will never happen.

I have ordered from iTech Deals several times and have never been disappointed with their products. I recently ordered K-N95 masks and received an Order Confirmation e-mail immediately. The e-mail said that I would be receiving a ship notice, but I never did. I was supposed to receive the masks by May 25 and when I hadn't received a ship notice, I contacted iTech Deals on May 24. Amy sent me an apology e-mail and also sent me a shipping link. The masks actually had been shipped and arrived as promised, on May 25.

The masks are great and the Customer Service is excellent Five Stars.

I got a good price on an iPad and a terrific price on two lightning cables. Unfortunately one of the cables didn’t work well. But I emailed their customer service and quickly received a refund for the price of one of the cables. Also handling took a little longer than I would have liked. I found myself wondering if this was a scam. But after maybe 7-10 days I received an email that it shipped and downloaded an app to track the items. But I would hardly call it tracking. It just basically gave me the status of the order. So all in all this was a fair experience and I would consider buying from them again if offered an insanely good price on a product.

I misunderstood what I was ordering (that happens!) and so I had to ask for a refund. Without hesitation, iTechDeals refunded my purchase immediately with no questions asked. I am impressed with their work ethic!!! Thank you "iTechDeals."

Sometimes things don't work our perfectly, but how a company reacts makes all the difference. After we received our Chromebook, we determined that it was not right for our needs. I was concerned that the return process would be difficult and much to my surprise, the process was easy and the customer focus and communication with the iTechDeals team was great! While the laptop that we selected wasn't perfect,overall my interactions and experience was 5 star!

Mary has been such a great help with the Apple Watch issues I’ve had. I’ve purchased several items from the company in the past two years and this time we had some issues, but no worries. I ordered two chrome books and the price was great. The order information tracking number they gave me I could never get it to work but the package cme through DHL and I haven't much experience with the shipping company but I received my package after2 and a half weeks and over all the chromebooks I ordered were well worth the price.
