I purchased a product that did not work. It took a little while to fix my problem; but everything was returned to me!

Worst company I have ever come across. Bought a chromebook - looked great in photos - refurbished. A school laptop still engraved with a school District.

I got a chrome book look like it was dragged down a road every corner broken marks on every part. It isn’t the computer from
The photos !!!! no engraving just a. F grade computer completely destroyed.

Here is the amazing part. They dont take returns.
They can send you anything like they did me. A computer that is falling apart. And they just tell you tough we ripped you off and we don’t care. Amazing a company like this is still allowed to be in business

I placed an order for two apple watches, it showed they were both delivering but we only received one. There's no way to contact iTech Deals by phone so I emailed their customer service department immediately, I got a quick response and then nothing. I reached back out asking them to look at the weight of the package, there was only one watch and charger, the weight would confirm this and was told she was waiting for her supervisors response. I'm not very happy with the company and their customer service department.

Received today my package on time thanks Itech.

A+ products and customer service. I was able to return my iPad within 5 days of receiving it. I would definitely shop from itechdeals.com again!

Initially I ordered the iPad 2 but I realized I already have a iPad 2 so I tried to cancel my order. I placed the order at 12:41pm on Friday September 25 and tried to send an email to request the cancellation of my order at 1:14pm the same day. Thank goodness for Mary, it took her about a week, and she came through for me. She was able to cancel my order (finally) and issued me a full refund. Thanh you, Mary.

Everything is been great so far. All the Order has been received.

Having a need for a new laptop, and having previously ordered and been happy with my products from iTechDeals.com, I decided to order my laptop through them. Unfortunately, the laptop arrived with an issue, and was not useable. I contacted customer support, concerned about what to do next. The customer support rep that helped me, Mary, was phenomenal - always very responsive to my emails, and offered to help right away. They got me an RMA label and had me ship the laptop back, and as soon as it got delivered, issued the refund immediately. While I didn’t get the laptop I was hoping to get, the customer service at the company was outstanding, and makes me very confident in any future orders I will be placing with them. Any company can sell products, but the proof in how reliable a company is comes when there’s an issue with a product. I was very impressed with the speed and convenience in which iTechDeals made the process to get a resolution for my issue.

I purchased a MacBook Pro for my husbands birthday and it does not work. It comes on and displays a thick black line down the middle of the screen and that’s it. I have emailed and called them to get the issue resolved and no one is responding. Do not buy from them. If anyone knows a direct number to contact them, please let me know.

Itechdeals.com has a been a go to page for a lot of electronics they have fulfilled my orders and there is a great customer service communication in case something were to happen. Of course, I would reccomend this website to any person trying to save cash. Thank you itechdeals for what you to provide to your customers excellent service!

I purchased the Skybuds on August 7, 2020. It took almost 3 weeks for the order to arrive. After the first use they wouldn’t charge. I went and bought a new charging cord for them, and STILL they wouldn’t charge. I watched a you tube video to see if I was charging them wrong, I wasn’t. I then sent an email to the company who said they only cover the item for 30 days after THE ORDER WAS PLACED. Never mind it took 3 weeks to arrive!!!! They sell INFERIOR items KNOWING the shipping time is so long they will not have to replace them!!! DO NOT BUY!!!! Spend the extra money for a REPUTABLE company and protect yourself!!!!

Customer Service was great! Contacted through email and was promptly handled.

And the communication remained consistent throughout the process.

Purchased a used iphone that said it was for Verizon. After trying many times with help from both Apple and Verizon, finally discovered it will never work on Verizon. It came from some foreign country. Because I spent so much time trying to get it to work, it went past the return time. Even though they fraudulently advertised it to work for Verizon, they won't take it back or even trade for one that will work on my network.

Excellent customer service! I placed an order for an iPod and then realized there was a color option -- I had submitted the order for the default gray. The iPod is for my 7 year old boy and I noticed there were blue and lime green options (much more exciting/appealing for a little boy) so I contacted customer service via email shortly after submitting the order. They responded promptly and contacted the shipping dept to switch the color for me. I was very pleased with the timeliness and outcome the customer service rep. provided for me.

Mary from customer service. Did a GREAT Job! After connecting to iTech. To cancel my order & get a refund. Mary was connecting back to me. Letting me know the order will be canceled & I'll be receiving my refund. Mary connected back to me very fast. Most companies won't connect as fast as iTech. I'm very happy with iTech Customer Support. Especially how Mary was very helpful & communicating with me. Thank You Mary!

I had to return a second laptop that I purchased this year. There was some confusion in the beginning, but there was consistent communication and I did receive a full refund.

I mistakenly purchased the wrong model ipad and wanted to return it. I worked with Amy, a customer service rep, who made the return and refund process extremely easy. I've always loved itechdeals and look forward to doing future business with them!

I purchased a chrome book for my son but once it was received the casing had cracks that I was afraid he would cut himself on and the screen looked as if it would go out any day. I contacted the company immediately and was asked to provide pics. I did and from there I was allowed to return the device for a refund. The customer service rep was very nice and responded to all of my emails in a timely manner. I have purchased from this company several times and will continue to do so because of this. The only complaint I have is that I was responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the device.
