You'd never believe that these crooks sent me a laptop that had NO battery. It was refurbished. Yeah, right. No battery and 4 screws in the bottom of the case. I'm not sure they even wiped it off.
Never again!
They did give me $20 bucks in a refund, for a $33 battery and I found it, bought it, and installed it. Up yours Amy.

Prices for what I ordered were less then anywhere else I looked. About half the cost of other places and shipping is very reasonable too. Customer service is excellent if you need anything. Fast response and they truly care.

I ordered a refurbished MacBook Pro. When it arrived I had some issues with the product itself and immediately begin thinking of the headache I was going to have trying to get my money back.
I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly Amy and the customer service team responded. They made the process very easy and issued a full refund. I know buying refurbished items always has some risk, but the team at iTechDeals showed they are trustworthy and helpful to work with. I would definitely feel comfortable ordering from them again.

I had ordered a apple watch and did not realize that it would not work with my android phone. Customer service was very nice and helpful in canceling the order and refunding money to my account.

Honestly I felt the initial ad was misleading. I contacted the company and although it had already shipped they agreed to accept the package back without penalty if I refused it when delivered. It took a little while, but they were true to their word and refunded my money.

ITechDeals is assessing a $6 restocking fee and also wants us to pay return postage and provide tracking information for a $16 purchase.

I received an Apple i Watch that would not connect. I sent it back and then received another that works perfectly. They did a very good job for me, very happy.

Great company. I had a change of address before my product arrived and they were so easy to work with. My order was forwarded to me as soon as they got it back. Great price for my product. I will shop here again!

iTechDeals customer service was good. The product that I got however, was not as advertised, which was a bit disappointing - that's why the 3 star rating. It's a product that cannot be returned/exchanged. Their customer service would get a 4.

I ordered an iPad off a promotional email I received from iTechDeals. Later that evening I went back on the site and noticed an upgraded iPad that was a great deal. I emailed customer support and Mary responded quickly and stated that my first order was canceled and The other would ship right away. With the stress from the pandemic iTechDeals did not miss a beat. I do appreciate the professionalism. They will continue to get my business.

Second time I bought from them...second time I got a broken piece of crap! Bought the apple watch, the same day I got it (bought for my wife bday) I had to check it out because of other stuff I bought from them...I thought maybe it was a one off thing...nope. If it says refurbished on this site..it means you are getting a broken piece of crap that will not work. Do not waste your time or money...The watch, was so filthy, you can see where someone had worn this and itech did not even take a moment to wipe it down (with covid 19 spreading). So if they did not even wipe it down, they definitely did not take the time to fix the inside of the watch! This site is like a garage sale, you get the junk nobody wants because its broken...so you sell it cheap enough to get rid of it and then ask stupid questions...like, did you try to troubleshoot it? Did you try another phone? What, you think we are all stupid... Do not buy anything from them and give it as a gift...you will make many sad faces when the item you thought was a great gift...is now a broken return...just buy direct from apple...avoid the stupid.

My order never came so I let them know this. A very short time later I received it. I am happy. Thank you.

iTech is a very good company. They care about their customers with emails keeping you informed. The products that are refurbished are in great conditions. I have bought two MacBook Pros and three iPads.
They all have been in great condition and I love it!

I received a defective laptop, but its return and refund was handled very well and quickly.
