I purchased a phone charger and it was the wrong kind for my phone. When I contacted customer service, they promptly gave me an RMA number to return the product. When they received it back at their warehouse, I received a full refund. I have purchased other tech tools from them and have never had any problems with the products or services. Reliable and dependable. Amy is a great customer service person!

Customer service is excellent! I thought I never received my order, but it was mistakenly delivered to my neighbors house. He eventually gave it to me. However, when I contacted customer service there records indicated that I received my order. The company was willing to ship me another item at no cost. Very pleased with their level of service (Amy).

I ordered an iPad for a Christmas present, when it came in, we realized it was an older version and would not work for the person we were giving it too. I emailed customer support and ask if I could return it. Amy answered me and said yes I could.

She helped me through the process of returning the iPad. It did take some time but at no fault of hers.

I received a gift from ITechdeals.com. I rcvd a smartwatch, 42mm. I reached out to them and asked if I could get the 45mm. At first they said they could only do refund. I explained it was a gift and I wouldn't have access to the funds plus it looks tacky sending something back and arrange to get the money. I was told send it back and they would exchange. I did so. I emailed them a few days later to find out status of my return. The woman told me she refunded the money. I was extremely upset and asked to speak to a manager. Haven't heard from anyone but the customer service person.

I would have given 5 stars for your customer service, however I did have an issue with my purchase. I purchased 2 Apple Watch 3's and both came with a protective plastic wrapping and small red sticker. When I took off the stickers the paint and sticky residue were left on both watches. One watch had the plastic that completely stuck to the watch. Long story short I had to use Goo Gone and paper towels but eventually was able to get it off. I planned on returning them initially and I worked with an Amy and she was fantastic at getting back to me and keeping me up to date on my purchase and refund. I'm happy with my watches now, but your customer service was top notch which is typically hard to find.

I ordered a MagSafe Battery but it failed to charge my iPhone and AirPods so I returned it for a full refund. I was disappointed that the product failed to live up to its advertisement but I gained so much more trust in the company that I've ordered a new product from them.

Over 33 days since the order. Shipment has not arrived. No refund. The only way to contact customer support is by email with a 24hour delayed response. The responses contain duplicative statements. They do not follow through with promises for corrective action. There information is not accurate and rather deceiving. I don't know what else to do but share this experience here, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and challenge ask my credit card company to reverse the charge.

I purchased an IPad for my husband for Christmas. It arrived on time, but when he finished charging it, it would not work and the screen turned black. I contacted iTech Deals and Amy started working on my claim immediately. I was sent a prepaid label to send the defective item back. I went ahead and reordered a different IPad for my husband and it works great! I also received a full refund for my first purchase. I will order from iTech Deals in the future because of how well they handled this situation. Amy kept in contact with me, to make sure I knew what was going on and what I needed to do.

Excellent communication and fast shipping. I appreciate their efforts and Amy in customer service provides stellar service.

I have purchased from ITechDeals before and always had a great experience and the products have been great, but I had a problem with the item I purchased for Christmas this time and let me tell you their customer service is outstanding. I don't think I've had a better experience with a return on the internet ever. So let me say their products have always been wonderful, but if by some slim chance there is a problem with it then you are in good hand with their customer service department.
