I had an issue with the Apple Watch that I purchased for my mother and the turnaround for allowing me to return it for a refund was easy and painless. I plan on buying from iTechDeals again, just because the experience was so good.

Had a terrible experience.
Placed order on 5/26 and received shipping confirmation.

After no updates on shipment reached out to their support on 6/7. They said they were reaching out to their shipping dept “ASAP”

After no updates reached out a few days later. Was told on 6/9 this was sent to their manager.

After no updates reached out again. Was told on 6/11 they really asked a manager to look into it.

No updates on 6/16. I finally gave up and requested a refund. On 6/17 they got back indicating they’ll be sending it to their finance dept to issue a refund.

Terrible experience. Seems like they don’t know how to ship items appropriately. I would’ve much rather received my items then getting a refund but oh well. Be aware.

My experience with iTechDeals.com and their customer service absolutely exceeded my expectations. I especially want to mention your employee Amy. She has been one of the best customer service people I have ever had experience with. I appreciate her timely and informative responses via email during this purchase and return process and itech has shown me that your are a business (company) with honesty and integrity and that is a rare gem in today's business world. I thought I was probably stuck with a defective product. But, not at all. I definitely will consider itech for future purchases. Again my thanks.

Even though I ordered the incorrect model, iTechDeals' customer service was very helpful in processing my refund and making sure that I was satisfied.

The company has great prices and great service I have used them many times and pleased with items

This company is probably a front for importing goods from China or their direct represents. The product are cheap, overpriced Junk, in addition it took over a month for my order to arrive; takes a long time to come from China. I am angry at myself for purchasing from them , I am usually pretty good at sporting a scam. Do yourself a favor , avoid any business with iTechDeals.

The initial response time was fast but I didn’t appreciate the lag time after I requested a refund and customer service wasn’t proactive in checking tracking information and responses to me. I had to reach out them to find out if my return package was received, almost a week after the package arrived. Anticipating of needs is something customer service can improve on. Also, if I have a return and I indicated I change my mind I shouldn’t have to give additional reasons as to why I’m returning a product.

Ordered an Apple iWatch in late March for my son and daughter for graduation. Finally gave it to them at the end of May. When they charge them for the 1st time, 1 wouldn’t hold a charge longer than an hour and the other wouldn’t power up at all. Customer service said it was beyond their return policy time so I was out of luck.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THERE SCAMMERS WITH OLDDDD PRODUCTS AND WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL HAVE TO CONTACT YOUR BANK.

I couldn't find my packages when they said they were delivered. I was upset because I had been waiting for them and shipping was delay. I submitted an email stated I didn't know where they were. It stated it was delivered on Sunday. On Monday after I send email my job called and said they just got my packages. I had received an email later that day that someone would get back to me. when they I had replied that I received them THANK YOU

An order was placed early in May 2021. The status showed processed and shipped. When I contacted support, immediately, the issue was researched, and I received an update the same day. The agent apologized that I did not receive an updated email with the shipping status. Ironically, the morning that I read the email, the package was on my door step that afternoon!

I have purchased 3 refurbished computers from iTech of which the first two were excellent. Unfortunately the last one was defective but Amy at iTech did an excellent job resolving my issue. Despite having received a defective computer, I will continue to purchase from iTech due to past purchases and the superb customer service.

I purchased a "refurbished" laptop from ITechDeals. There was nothing "refurbished" about it. My initial reaction was "You gotta be kidding me!" The item I received was in very bad banged up, dropped and stomped on condition and would not power up. If I had seen it in a thrift store for $5.00, I would have passed on it. I issued my concerns to ITechDeals Customer Support and received a variety of canned responses. They did send me an electronic return label, but given the fact that anyone would send such a thing and call it refurbished, I notified my credit card company immediately.

I ordered an iPad and almost immediately saw another one with more power that I wish I had ordered. I sent an email to iTechDeals customer service within minutes of placing my order requesting that my order be cancelled. I heard back the next day from Mary in Customer Service who cancelled my order and refunded the charge to PayPal. I had read some negative reviews about iTechDeals's customer service but they were great for me!

I really wish Trustpilot would let you paste your reviews... I am trying to give as many bad reviews for iTechdeals as I can.
These people are scammers, they steal your money and refuse to refund it, even when you never receive your order. My CC company is on it now. Screw these guys. May their company sink and go under and they all find hair on their plates and lipstick on the rims of their glasses the next time they dine out. Karma's comin' folks!

Horrible company I purchased EarPods refurbished with a year long warranty. When I received them the battery would not last for an hour. I did everything they advised I should do to troubleshoot. I asked to exchange them after a month once I was fed up They would not snd said to return them. I returned the product they asked me to tell them once they received it and they would process the return. They received it I emailed and told them. No response and no refund given. Go figure a SCAM buyer beware stay away!!!! They stole my product and my money essentially as they have both now. So so sad I’ll never use them again.

Very fast and responsive, issue was resolved.
