We ordered Apple Mac air but the Mac air had little issues and we immediately wrote email to itech support team . Within in 24 hours we had a prompt reply and they asked to explain the problem and support team understood the technicality behind it and helped us to refund the amount . The support team really took care of the issue and resolved it. Thank you to Mary who was constantly in touch amdreplyied to all emails .

I ordered an ipad and I canceled the order due to long to ship.. so I cancelled and I didn't feel comfortable with why it was taking so long since it was in stock. I just felt it took too long and now my son went and bought an iPad at a pawn shop. That's the only thing I had an experience with, as well an issue with.

I purchased a used MacBook from iTechDeals and the included charger did not work. I contacted the company and they immediately acknowledged my initial email. They shipped me another charger fairly quickly that works well. I have purchased items from iTechDeals before, but this was the first time I've had to deal with their customer service. Fast, efficient, pleasant. Thank you.

This place has an F rating with BBB!! I ordered a laptop July 3rd. I paid for expedited shipping. I gave it about a week and a half before I inquired about my order. I'm so glad I didn't forget about my order with them. It never would have come and I would be out $240!! The computer was a great deal. Only $179 plus the 3 year warranty was added in. The total before shipping was $207. With it was $237 so I rounded it up. I contacted them the first time to find out the status because I hadn't received a tracking number or notification that it'd been shipped. I finally did either that day or the day after. They kept giving me the runaround. Two weeks after I ordered, I requested a refund on the shipping since it was supposed to be free but I paid for expedited. Another few days go by and I still don't see movement. I respond to the last email and tell them I want my refund for the expedited shipping. I'm told they'll talk to their manager. I wake up this morning at 2:35 am pacific time to a text from a LOCAL number (they're in NJ, I'm in CA) that a refund had been issued, $207. What happened to the $30 I paid for the shipping??? I'm waiting on that response. This was my first and LAST time I'm ordering from this company. Hopefully people are smarter than I was and look up reviews first rather than waste money with this company. It is not acceptable!

I have bought several items from iTechDeals.com and am a satisfied customer and the one item that i could not use was fully refunded. The customer support is excellent.

I so far have waited over 10 days for an item to be shipped. Customer service does not respond to emails either. Can’t rate product as still waiting to receive. Will not buy from this site again.

My product needed to be returned and Amy kept in communication with me to be sure I was able to mail back the item and receive credit for the product. She was very professional.
