Ordered a refurbished computer from itechdeals. Received the item, which worked, but is physically broken. Contacted the company but they would not send me a replacement and wanted me to pay for the shipping back to them if I wanted to return it. I understood it could have a few scratches here and there but a piece on the hinge was broken off.

Faulty computer delivered. Can only contact them via email and a) they really do not read comments b) they take ages to respond.
I have had to contact my credit card company to get a refund as they are unwilling to offer proper customer service

Well I got the map book it worked for one week and the battery went dead could not charge it sent it back got a full refund Is great customer service would recommend them to anyone

Itech is a scam. I purchased something and when I tried to do an online chat it reroutes to a site that I have to pay $1 to continue. The customer service tab reroutes you to another business and there is no phone number on any search engine to contact these people.

I purchased an item not realizing it didn’t have a desired feature. I was graciously allowed to return it and have a full refund.

My issue was handled very promptly and professionally. I received my refund in a timely manner.

Purchased an iPad Air, first generation. The iPad came in the time promised and in incredible shape.

I placed an order on 11/7 and chose priority shipping. It's 11/11 and I cannot even track my order yet. I have no idea what's going on with my order. Contacted customer service and it says 24 hours. 🙄. Not impressed.

Today is Saturday 11/19. Still no trackable information on my order, except label printed. They suck. I want a refund. Never placing another order with Itech. The worst customer service.

I ordered a refurbished Apple Watch from iTechDeals in early September, and it then took close to 3 weeks for the order to arrive at my house. Upon pairing the watch with my iPhone, I found the watch froze up constantly (stuck on the black screen with the Apple logo), making it unusable. When I emailed the customer service address explaining that I needed to return the watch, Amy was extremely responsive and helpful, and I did eventually receive a full refund. However, it was disappointing that I had to pay for packaging and postage to return the watch. This experience also makes me wonder about the quality of products in general from this company, like what percentage end up being defective?

We ordered five Dell laptops for our paraprofessionals in our VE Unit (Special Needs) classroom. All 5 were very noticeably cracked. Aside from having to pay for the shipping to return them, we were pleased with the ability to return them.

It was so easy to deal with them. I accidentally ordered 2 Mac Books. I was able to return 1 with no problem and got a refund. Dealing with them was very professional.

Customer support representative Amy went above the expectations to provide the best customer support. Their customer support changed my impression on their business model, i definitely recommend and consider itechdeals for any future purchases..

Amy in customer service support was great in helping with correcting the issues I had with my purchase, my return plus refund. My purchase of a "refurbished" MacBook 13.3 was not as advertised. Almost 10 years old and had a dead battery that would not charge at all.

I ordered an I pad and it never came. Customer service only works through email (you can’t call them) and they only reply at 2-3 am. They said they would get back to me and never did. Do not trust this site. I paid for an iPad and got NOTHING

I ordered a wireless headset and this thing did not pair nor I can see it on my phone’s Bluetooth search mode. Email twice to their customer services never get a respond.

i ordered 2 laptops for my kids birthday and one of the cord was not right. contacted customer service and they sent a replacement out right away. Had also ordered one of the 20$ tech boxes and that was sent at the same time in the same box so there was probably a little confusion with all the cords they probably thought there was a lot of stuff in the box. But in reality it had one item. i explained the issue and once again they corrected the problem right away. I have purchased the tech boxes before and they are fun and usually pretty good. but again they took care of it and they were very helpful.

I have been in the market for a refurbished Apple Mac Air laptop to have my own computer. I recently retired from the public school system and this was the same type of laptop that we used throughout the previous school year. I have always enjoyed the various features on the Mac compared to using an HP product. Thank you for honoring my request to place it in the complex HUB, instead of leaving my package by my apt. door! I also was able to track my purchase through FEDEx shipping and that was perfect for me!
I will be ordering other products from your company as I find items of interest or use to me.
