The experience started with code issues on your site. Macy was wonderful to help. Make sure that she got these information to your team. The not perfect rating indicates you need help with your website. After the website issues were resolved Macy did a wonderful job walking me through the set up process.

IRA Financial is the best destination for SD IRA accounts
IRA Financial was a little slower to respond on emails and phone calls but outcomes speak louder than actions and the outcome was that they enabled an accelerated investment into a once in a lifetime opportunity pre-IPO investment for me and they did so with record speed, diligence and empathy. I got fiesty at times given the urgency but they kept their calm and the whole team form Jill Brenden in customer service to Shelly in transfer to Brittany in funding to Kaleb in account opening, everyone carried a high level of customer respect, empathy and bias to outcomes and I loved working with them. They've definitely earned my trust and my IRA will be with them forever!

Does NOT answer or return calls at all.
I am trying to close the account as my investments ended up going bankrupt. They do not answer my calls or call me back, but they still know how to take the fee. They also did not have it set up correctly, and did not care as long as I paid the fees.

While Brittany was researching my inquiry, she discovered I had made a clerical error on a previous transaction. A scam basically
A scam basically. Impossible to reach by phone or email. They have been defrauding me with $8000 IRA contribution I made which they passed on to me in form of rubber check. Have sent 20+ emails over 4 months period to no vail. Avoid them like a plaque. Run!
