I am really unhappy with TradeStation

I am really unhappy with TradeStation. I want to give them zero stars. They are the brokerage I have ever dealt with and I want to warn everyone: stay far away from TradeStation.
I am 55 years old semi-retired. I trade options to add a little to my pension. A month ago I opened a TradeStation account because they said it would work well with Trading View charts. That part was okay at first with TradeStation.
Then deposits started taking a week to show up in my TradeStation account. Really frustrating,. I tried to be patient with TradeStation.
The real problem happened today with TradeStation. I tried to make an options trade. Got a message saying I could only close orders. No explanation from TradeStation. No warning from TradeStation. I was shocked by TradeStation.
I called TradeStation support. They were not helpful. They were not friendly. They said my TradeStation account was under review but would not tell me why TradeStation was doing this. When I asked how long this would take they said to call in a week. A week is a time to wait for TradeStation to fix this issue. I have over £12,000 sitting in my TradeStation account. I cannot trade with TradeStation. I cannot withdraw my money from TradeStation. My £12,000 is just frozen by TradeStation.
I have done nothing with my TradeStation account. I am not a criminal.. Tradestation is holding my £12,000 hostage.
Because of this freeze by TradeStation I missed a trade that would have covered my bills for three months. I lost money because of TradeStation. I have had nights. Chest tightness. I have felt completely helpless because of TradeStation.
I am lucky I found pomaadvisory. They are helping me get access to my £12,000 and fighting TradeStation for compensation. Without pomaadvisory TradeStation would have just ignored me. It is sad that a 55-year-old person like me needs outside help just to get my £12,000 back from TradeStation.
I am pulling my £12,000 out fast as I can from TradeStation. Do not trust TradeStation. Stay away, from TradeStation.

Titan X

Titan X : the order bar does not ling with the chart. After you make a trade the symbol in the order bar is removed and you have to re-type the symbol back in the order bar to make a trade. I was just told this is the way it is designed. This would be an incredible design flaw. The technical support team was professional however, they were also confused about the response from the programmers. The software has some great features however, this would put a stop to all scalpers. Impossible to trade quickly if you have to type in the symbol before every trade.

Some withdrawals were declined

I am a French customer and therefore a European customer . My french bank requires me to use WISE from Belgium to send money to US accounts. So, I filled up the TradeStation's account as required. Everything worked for trading options. My first withdraw was completed with success. 2 weeks after, I tried to proceed exactly the same operation, nothing. Days after, I made several attempts of withdrawals, but they were all declined, Even though the first one went through without a problem. I spoke with customer support via chat and over the phone. I was asked to prove the source of the funds by providing statements of the money transfers from my original bank and the intermediary bank "WISE." So, I sent the required documents. And at last, finally, by only putting the intermediary as final bank account, it just worked ;) (04/18)
