Overall satisfied
Overall the process had ups and downs, but what they really get right is having a single poc that helps guide you through it all. Ours was nelza and she was amazing. All said and done, I'd say this is one of the better custodians out there, I'd definitely recommend.

I called in and needed help with an IRA deposit and capital one account login. Morgan Appeldorn was my service agent and did an outstanding job of explaining the issue and helping me resolve it really quickly. Thanks to her I was able to make my IRA contribution before the IRS deadline.

Suvie Fogelman, the customer representative I spoke with today was fantastic. I had numerous questions and issues and she was able to help me with all of them.

Morgan A made my experience worthy of a 5 star rateing. I am not very computer literate so identifying, finding and filling out the forms I needed was very challenging. Morgan was very helpful. She gave me all of the instruction I needed and helped me fill out the deposit form and the 3 distribution forms (2 charitable and one for a distribution to me).I was soooo impressed with Morgan A.
