Does NOT answer or return calls at all.
I am trying to close the account as my investments ended up going bankrupt. They do not answer my calls or call me back, but they still know how to take the fee. They also did not have it set up correctly, and did not care as long as I paid the fees.

The IRA Financial staff are always friendly and helpful. I called today with a question about a particular investment I am about to make. While Brittany was researching my inquiry, she discovered I had made a clerical error on a previous transaction. The error would have had significant negative tax implications had she not discovered it and corrected it for me. This kind of proactive service is valued and appreciated. Thank you!

A scam basically
A scam basically. Impossible to reach by phone or email. They have been defrauding me with $8000 IRA contribution I made which they passed on to me in form of rubber check. Have sent 20+ emails over 4 months period to no vail. Avoid them like a plaque. Run!
