Total scam ordered some shorts advertised on Facebook, nothing arrived, scum company

Advertised on Facebook ordered top, money taken straight away, no response after waiting 5 days for a confirmation date. Scam site , should not have passed Facebook advertising vetting

Total scam. I ordered a trucksuit on 5th April. It is yet to arrive. No update, no nothing. My inquiries have gone unanswered. Avoid completely

I’d give no stars if I could. This company is a scam. And all reviews are made up. Do not order. Sandals complete tack fit for bin from china. Scam company. Do not order. Small size cheap tacky false name. So it’s false advertising Gucci. Shut this company down. Never had such tacky sandals. Price is disgusting. Shame on this company.

One star is actually too many absolutely awful do not waste money on this site.in fact given the terrible reviews it should be shut down.my sandels didn't make it through the first hour of wear before the stitching fell apart.

I'm in the process of being scammed I'm gonna talk to my bank see if I can get my £35 back please 🙏 do not order from these absolute f.... also the app "shop" or "shopify" are involved too so stay clear of them too

Absolutely shocking customer service. Item purchased in good faith, arrived and different to picture. Emails just ignored. Do not purchase from this rogue of a company !!!

Scam site. Took money never delivered coat. Tried emailing but nothing. Avoid at all costs

I would like the option to give 0, I am disgusted with this company. I cancelled my order within an hour of making it. I read their policies and they have ignored, well not sure to be honest if they ignored because they all ping back as undelivered even though. The item has now been delivered, the quality is so tacky and cheap. I have tried to contact them again about my refund request. Do not use this company they are shocking and their items are not fit for purpose. And they ignore you once they have your money.

If I could give zero I would. Horrible sandals received with Gucci written upside down. Emailed for a refund but support email bounced back. Comments on FB page obviously AI generated as no bad ones and mine keeps getting deleted. If only I had read these reviews 1st. AVOID TOTAL SCAM

This company are awful, I've been waiting 10 weeks now for a jacket ,after 8 weeks I asked for a refund ,still nothing , stay well clear

Ordered the ‘Ralph Lauren’ shirt dress. Looks lovely on the pictures, says it ‘expertly made in Italy from 100% linen’.
Absolutely no linen in this dress at all. The label says it’s 100% polyester. Awful material, terrible quality. Paid £40 for it.
No one to contact for a return/refund.
Unable to leave a comment on their Facebook page as it just deletes my message. The only comments are all positive ones because they are fake. I tried to reply to one of them but it won’t let you.

This company is a scam. Paid my money but didn’t receive an email or text to confirm. £35 not the end of the world but no sandals and no contact. AVOID like the plague.

DO NOT use this company- total scam, their goods are fake and there is no option to return for a refund even though they have a page on their website talking about returns, but when you read it properly it is a load of waffle and there is no link or anything anywhere to start a return. I have emailed the contact email over and over and received no reply. Now my credit card company is investigating. I bought two fake adidas tops in different sizes with a view to returning one, and they are appalling quality. I paid £35 each so I am £70 out of pocket and so disappointed. The ad for this company came up on Facebook so I thought it was reputable.

I ordered an Adidas jacket £34 received it ans it isn't genuine tries ro ask for refund no return email this is a scam website

Stay away, total scam. I order an Adidas jacket at £36, paid in full, waited three weeks for it to arrive, when it finally did it is completely different to description and so obviously FAKE. Company I ordered with was called American Outlet, receipt arrived in name Ion-Luxe, and contact centre in name lukasize. None of which are contactable after numerous attempts to reach each. Product isn’t even worth £2.00
