Ion Luxe

Money taken. Product has not arrived. Company NOT responding. MY ADVICE WOULD BE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY. At best it is very poor company, at worst it is a scam or fraudulent.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would...... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE SUPPLYING ITEMS WHICH ARE NOT AS ADVERTISED AND THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS!!

My order was never delivered when they said it had been delivered I’ve tried emailing them they don’t answer and now the email doesn’t exist I’ve tried the telephone number and it doesn’t exist also
What a joke that a company so called company can get away with just taking your money sad the world we live in stay well clear of this company it’s a spam they don’t exist at all and how the hell do they use trust pilot

DO NOT BUT FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY! They take your money, do not process your order, you cannot contact them, their email bounces back and you never get the goods you’ve purchased.

I ordered trainers 03/07/25 and have had no update on my parcel it keeps saying waiting on details and already ive had 2 emails bounce back to me ive also read many other dissapointed customers reviews of not recieving goods or refunds ' why has this scam company not being investigated ive put my experience down to a loss and will be reporting a fraud issue with my bank .

Still chasing an order I put in weeks ago. Wish I had read the reviews on here before placing the order for some Adidas trainers. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Fake sandals. Advertised as Sketchers. Very poor quality. Very disappointed. Will not use them again.

I received my order and when it arrived I could see that what they were advertising to what I received was totally unacceptable. I have been trying to contact them for weeks with no effective response .I am now going to escalate this issue with the appropriate companies in the hope of getting a response.Do not use this website

They sent the wrong shirt. Tried to contact them but my emails are blocked. Hopeless.

Ion luxury have taken my money and only sent one of the 2 items I paid for ! The quality is awful
And the email address and phone number on the website are both inactive ! The “adidas”
Women’s clothes came from china , took weeks and half order is missing

Never received my trainers stay well clear they had the money no goods delivered they need reporting rang the number given a bloke answered when I said about my trainers not being delivered he told me to f…off

Wanted to cancel as ordered by mistake. Despite sending emails to 3 different email addresses every one bounced back! Apparently no refunds and fake merchandise from reading trustpilot reviews

I bought a pair of gucci type clogs for £34.99p from this company advertised on Facebook ,they arrived yesterday and I was so disappointed, one, they are nothing like the picture they posted on Facebook what a rip off they were canvas tops, worth £6 at most steer clear of of this company, absolute joke,

Bloody scam and I’ve lost £70
Thieving bunch of low life’s

I saw this sponsored on Facebook. Finally received the goods, email given doesn't work, you can't track the package as this facility doesn't work. Steer clear, payment was taken by Ion Luxe but they use trend outlet, Outlet store, multiple different companies but with the same website and address, Coronation Road, London NW10 7PQ, so check and AVOID!

If I could have zero as an option I would choose it. I WISH I had read all these reviews before purchasing . My product , a dress had finally arrived. It is SO SO nasty , cheap nylon ; disgusting. There is NO way I can wear it. No way to return what a complete waste of £39. A complete scam !!!!! Steer clear !!!
