Ion Luxe

Purchased half price Adidas trainers, as pictured, in April 2025, when they arrived they had Adidas written on the side of the trainer, but both pairs had other names on the tongue of the trainers, thrywere so obviously counterfeit. Emailed the company and they asked for photographic evidence, but when I tried to send them the email bounced back.
Started a claim back via my bank and it was a worthwhile rigmarole. Had to send evidence to the bank, then had to send photographic evidence to Adidas to be told they were fake. As soon as Adidas provided a letter stating they were counterfeit the bank could then reimburse the money.
The day this was confirmed, ion Luxury emailed asking what the problem was as they had been advised I have requested a claim back. Advised them they were informed of the fake goods when i received them and that they then blocked my email address as all emails then bounced back.
Everyone do yourselves a favour and don't waste time on this "fake goods"supplier, cause they will prolong the process for as long as possible!

Ordered a tracksuit early last month still awaiting delivery emails bounce back look like I've been scammed out of £40 Avoid at all cost

Fake scam company, sent snide adidas trainers, says you can return goods which is nonsense as the email address is fake aswell, reported to bank used credit card so it looks like I'm getting the money back.. avoid avoid avoid

If there was a zero rating I would give it
Similar experience to others
I have not received the sandals
I have tried email & it gets bounced back
The reviews on instagram & facebook are wonderful but every time I post a ‘do not buy from here’ it seems to disappear

I wish I had come here first before buying 😩

Ordered addidas dress 6 weeks ago £45 still no show my emails won't deliver can't ring total disgrace tbh

The sandals arrived but they are worth £5 not £34 what i paid for. They are just cheap plastic. I contacted the company to only be asked by Emily to send a photo which I have done on 5 occasions now. No chance of receiving my money back. Excellent scammers

Absolutely disgraceful rip off goods. Do NOT purchase anything from this shipping. Cheap, knock off tat!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - substandard products and when you try and contact them they have a block on receiving incoming emails. So disappointing

Never buy from this! Awful product that I can’t even find out to return ! Don’t email you back! Wasted £40 on awful fake crap

I purchased a pair of adidas trainers 5 weeks ago , still not arrived. Emailed them and email bouncing back. Pure scam do not buy from them.

Hi
I did not check out ion luxury, the shop, outlet, & various other names I have now found out it goes by, ordered Adidas sandals £34.00 13 days ago still not delivered, answered my email once a few days ago said delivery would be 10 days.
Since then no emails have been answered sending them a few times a day, app does not work so no tracking update, and the phone number they supplied only has 10 numbers,
but hey at least I got to chat online to a bot today whose same answer was I can not track delivery details I am a bot I know how frustrated you must be, ( no you don't mate trust me)
and I lost £34.00
Don't go on this site it's a joke .

Just an absolute scam, why are these shisters even aloud to advertise on social sites, I ordered pair casual trainers & I just know there is no chance I’ll receive goods,& to be perfectly honest I would wear them to dig the garden, thought it was nice touch once ordered the picture of the goods changed,

Bought 2 x pairs of what was advertised as adidas original shorts - soon after purhcase the same ads I had bought them through were showing them as unbranded 'casual shorts' with the adidas logo blurred out. This is a scam and much as I haven't received the product yet, I'm doing what I can to get money back. It's fake - don't make the same mistake.

Very poor quality product, fabric is literally see through! No way of returning as email bounces back. What a waste of money, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Fake Adidas shirt, terrible quality. It took ages to arrive. I can't even wear it as it's about 3 sizes too big. Their customer support e-mail bounces and their phone number is not operative. It's my own fault for not doing my due diligence but buyer beware! I've effectively been robbed of £35.00.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Do not purchase from this company. They do not honour their own refund policy - they eventually respond to emails (having to send numerous emails daily) but they just repeat themselves and don’t actually take any action. Save yourself the hassle - DO NOT ORDER

Fake items - DON'T BUY

SCAM WEBSITE, NO ORDER NO RESPONSE NO REFUND...AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I collected my order Sunday, opened the parcel and one shoe said BOSS the other shoe said BOS. These were supposed to be a birthday present for hubby but so very disappointed. I've tried numerous times to email and call the number on the website but no response.
The emails are now bouncing back as undelivered!
A very unhappy customer with faulty goods that are now still in the packaging they came in.
We have Consumer Rights in the UK so any help would be appreciated.
I've learnt my lesson buying online will not happen again when you have companies like this that DO NOT look after their customers.

Do not buy from this company, complete scam. Bought Armani trainers, still haven’t received them. No means of contacting the company as all email addresses etc are fake and emails just bounce back. Total scam. Lost all my money! Disgraceful!!
