Clearly explained procedures for sign up and prompt responses to my questions from from the team about investments. Good set up and well-focused ! Highly recommended.

Joining process was all smooth and streamlined but minus one star for the lack of proper mobile site and an app

I found the process of opening an account to be a relatively painless process.
Following on from that ,my initial investment activity was also seamless ,i have no criticism of my experience at all .

It was a very easy process to set up everything. The actual purchasing of the investments took longer than expected but that's not really a problem, I am looking at it as a long term investment.

Great for those website savvy, not so much for this golden oldie.

I cant fault what Invest Now does. Let's hope it works out for us in the long term.

Performance updates are monthly and could be more frequently to even weekly

Easy sign up but would like to see DD and auto investment options. Maybe these are available but I wasn't fussed on looking due to the fact I had to transfer money in then wait then come back to invest.

Excellent client communication and assistance

Overall good and easy sign up experience. Information required was clear.
Only downvote is the website us NOT mobile friendly which is frustrating at times.

Options for regular investment plan too limited and coarse

Our son who is in IT set up the InvestNow system for us as he has done so for himself and family. I asked him to rate that and he said 4 star and user friendly.

We will get familiar with the system when we start investing.

Overall, great functionality and low costs. Makes investing easier to access.

However, InvestNow lacks a mobile app. The email verification method for every login painful for mobile users. Even bank apps have figured it out.

Makes it hard to access account on the go.

Very happy with the simplicity of the service once you get used to it. It’s early days would a bit more choice in commodities and maybe gold etf. Europe and uk isn’t well represented either. Otherwise great way to cheaply invest in collectives

I found the registration process confusing it kept on telling me i had missed information, after 4 try's i finally was able to register.

It was easy to create an account, transfer funds and invest. Everything works as it should. The only thing I don't like is the cosmestic look and feel of the website...it just feels a little tired and dated. Time for a refresh!

Overall a good experience but I'd recommend improvements to your mobile platform. Your site is hard to use on a mobile which is my go to device.
