Love the safe login process.
Think I need to read a user guide to properly understand the home dash. The point size is tiny on mobile but otherwise enjoying my entry to investment with InvestNow.

The setup process was simple and easy. Formal documents were easy to follow and made the setup process very quick.

Very helpful customer service and lots of investment options

It would have been good to have some acknowledgement from either InvestNow or the Fund Manager - probably thanking for the transaction and advising how we would be kept informed as to performance etc.in the future.

Registration of a Trust was difficult because a list of the required information wasn't put on the website and I had to ask. Responses were very helpful. An email saying the first monthly investment went through, was most welcome. Thank you.

Onboarding was pretty painful, all online but far from easy to do. Wasnt clear i had to sign up to the normal platform and then wait for that to be approved before signing up to kiwisaver. a real mess, especially as i followed a link on an ad for kiwisaver. The website asked me to complete my address, dob, ird number etc in i think 3 different places, what were the website designers thinking??

I like the ability to access multiple funds but UI still along way off the leading international platforms e.g. Vangaurd

The setup was relatively straightforward and making the investments was simple. I am now sitting back watching my investments grow. Easy.

It is a tad cumbersome

It does not give closing prices - well not where they can be seen

No issues encountered setting everything up or using service. Information is presented in a clear and no nonsense way.

Competitive, easy investment. I had invested $50,000 into Vanguard funds via Investnow. Highly recommended.

Good platform for investing.

Have set up 5 accounts, for myself & kids, with Investnow and it is such an easy process! It was super fast each time and the communication if I missed anything was excellent.
I love that Investnow has no transaction or membership fees. They offer a huge range of funds which include some very low fee funds.

Fast processing of my ID and proof of address documents. Customer Service is very impressive so far.

The advance search feature is great and makes it easier to pick a fund.

Set up is more involved than the likes of Sharesies. However, I find InvestNow to feel more professional/serious which is important to me.

I would like to see more data on how my fund is performing relative to my personal investments. I.E price when l invested, how much out of the money/in the money I am.

Great service overall.
