I didn’t expect for them to pass my personal loan because I tried somewhere else for unsecured loan and lets just say it didnt go well.
Lenny I found them on Facebook and from the moment I contacted them and provided all the paperwork that was needed, the loan was very quickly processed ,approved and in my bank .I was very shocked and the best part is that they constantly were calling and checking on me and to see if I’m okay . thank you Lenny for the best professional and empathetic customer service .❤️

Watch out for the unannounced broker fees
Process for securing the consolidation loan was quick and hassle free.
My concern is that no where in any of the documentation was mentioned the $1000 broker fee that Lenny add to the cost of the loan

We do feel the reference to “unannounced broker fees” is a little harsh. Our broker fee is disclosed on our website under Important Information, and it is also outlined in the Nature & Scope document that was emailed on 16/4 once your application was assigned to an adviser.
That said, your feedback is valid. If this wasn’t clear enough at the time, then we need to improve how and when we communicate it. We will take this on board and review our process to ensure greater transparency upfront.

Was a little annoyed with everything i had to go through, but in saying that if i was a bit more computor literate, would of been very easy process. so very fast and trust worthy.

Efficient and quick - Costly
Efficient and quick, but wow... Some of the worst interest rates I've seen.. shopped around and unfortunately these were the highest, not by a small amount either. By nearly 10%.

The rates you saw were for unsecured loans, which are usually higher than options that use security (like a car or bike). Totally understand shopping around, and we wish you all the best with whatever you choose.
Very Efficient
