All went well, thank you!

Getting set up was a simple and easy process. Don't understand why some people complain about it being difficult. If you have the required info it's straight forward. Like the safe and secure access. Getting the passcode sent by SMS is quick. I transferred my ETF's from Sharesies because no fees at InvestNow which is a real bonus. It's early days and I'm still getting used to the layout and functionality of the site which seems a little bit clunky by comparison. The instant communication and updates on transactions isn't as good and it doesn't have the trendy user interface...but it does what it says and you get what you pay for.

Set up and initial investment process straightforward and clear. Finding it a little bit of a learning curve to find out the information I need to see how the investment is doing but I'll get there. Would be nice to see current value on the home page alongside the initial investment, or a link to it where the graph link is.

A good easy process recommended to me by my daughter who is investing with you.

too clunky, like why is there separate logins for investment and kiwisaver? Also the 2-factor authentication is properly annoying. Can't set up direct debits for the kiwisaver and investment contributions. Also this who delayed pending when transferring cash in and then needing to allocate funds. It's all way harder than everywhere else I have used

Good service for the zero fees charged. Time frames between depositing money and purchase being cleared is only downside, but overall happy given the fee structure

Everything worked as described, fees are low, and service is consistently up.

However the UI isn't amazing and payment processing is slow (2-3 days, though this may not be their fault as they use bank transfers)

Easy. I was moving from sharesies and it was completely pain free and easy to do.

Average web site. No app. Two factor auth. Via email is a pain

I find site access clunky and the time it takes to move money and complete orders painfully slow.

Off-market transfers which I am in the process of doing to move my EFTs from Sharesies are woefully analog (signing forms for each EFT) and slow also. I certainly hope that the lack of fees (outside of management costs) was worth the move.

Provides a great service but it's not clear how much exactly your investment was worth at the time of investment, since potentially not all the money goes through. This means it's hard to track exactly which funds have gone up/down when you don't know the original amount

Honestly InvestNow is absolutely fine. There’s no fees however that’s at the cost of only being able to invest in funds.

The reason I’ve done 3 stars is because the processing time of orders, deposits and withdrawals is slow in comparison to other brokers. If you’re not in a rush then InvestNow is great and I’d recommend highly.

InvestNow platform was easy to work with from a first time investor point of view. I understand the security involved with the signing in process but it would be good if there was an app to make things a little easier.

Excellent Investment portal but an app would make it easier to invest, withdraw & track.

No complaints. Made it easy for me to understand, as a beginner, what I was investing in and the likely decisions I should consider.
