The Joining process is really easy and the system can even automatically verify the individual's identify. Highly recommend InvestNow as your investment platform.

It was easy to join and the website is very user friendly.

I'm a new member to this investment platform, and I find it not so difficult for joining in at the first time.
Useful information and reminders are passed on through email, so that members can be updated on changes
Provide supports and great services when call in for help.

No drama setting up the account even though we don't have your stock standard residential address. Easier than a bank tbh

I had some trouble setting up account but it was my computor skills that were the problem so appreciated the amazing helpful and patient staff who answered my numerous calls.

Given I'm a complete novice signing up was easy. The hard part is picking what to invest in :)

Just starting my investment journey with investnow. Very low fees and easy to navigate

Love the product but just UX could really do with bringing up to spec. And that is across the board, but particular 'irritations' are:

- No app
- Every time you invest in a fund you have to download the Product Disclosure statement even if you have already invested
- Then just generally layout, UX feels clunky and not slick (comparison to the Sharesies app & website)

Very happy with the plans and the pricing I think you have the best on the NZ market. Only improvement I would suggest would be to improve the visual/usability of your website.

Staff on phone very helpful in talking me through the registration procedure and how to access the site for information and to collect my dividend.

Easy to sign up and execute. Takes time for cash to be seen after transfer from bank and also quite a long time to buy the various funds and see that the transaction has been completed. Otherwise very good platform. Good range of funds availabIe. Inexpensive way to access top funds and not have to worry about choosing individual companies to invest in. Also good information on fund performances to aid their selection.

Great platform to invest with! The low/lack of fees is the massive draw, along with a (relatively) low ($250) minimum investment. Website is not always intuitive but exploring is rewarded and not a hassle. The slightly less modern designed gives an appropriate gravitas without being uninviting for the uninitiated.
Money can take a few days to process, but considering the (lack) of brokerage fee, totally fair enough (and I suspect not the fault of InvestNow).
Would love to have an easier method to compare in detail a shortlist of ETFs/Funds, rather than having to download the product description file for each, but there are other websites that specialise in this so not a big issue.
Customer service is very good - email correspondence was timely, clear and friendly.

Very good service with fee free investment and reporting. Trades executed as requested on an once daily basis. Would have given 5 stars if the user interface was easier to use, e.g. when using a mobile device and displaying pricing of investments when buying or selling.

Straight forward in set up of my account, easy to navigate website with useful tools so far. My only recommendation would be to help newcomers to understand what all the different values mean, encourage a bit of investment literacy ya know.

Would be great to get proper 2 factor authentication (I.e. via an authentication app) rather than texts!

I have switched to InvestNow because of the fee changes in Sharesies. I invest in ETFs and want a simple platform that allows me to invest, view my portfolio, and disinvest. I am finding InvestNow much clunkier and less user friendly than sharesies, with less intuitive interfaces. It works, but it is just not very well designed.
There are also bugs, for example my current portfolio balances sum to 199% (They should sum to 100%).
I will remain in InvestNow because it meets my needs, but I do think there is an opportunity to review the interface to make it more investor friendly.

I chose 4 stars because once I understood what to do it seemed pretty straight forward although being a novice at investing it took time to figure it out I still don't know lots of stuff such as how to optimize what I'm doing but I'm OK for now
