Had a 5 minute conversation with the intergas technician and my problem was sorted , he talked me through the steps on what to press on the boiler panel and help me get the correct setting to get things back to normal. Excellent company and customer service, highly recommended.

Good Technician Paul. He explained what he was doing and how to treat the boiler, Furnox etc. His work xxxxx Given time of arrival 8am to 5pm too long. Had to ring HO at midday, told 3.30pm which was OK.xxxx

Gary the engineer was brilliant
Gary the engineer was brilliant! Turned up on time, very polite and pleasant, took his shoes off (it’s the little things), fixed the boiler, explained the problem and got me hot water and heating again! What more can you ask for? 5-star service from the phone call to Intergas to the job being complete. Thanks

Same day service …
Reported an issue and had an engineer visit that very same day, which was really great service. The engineer wasn’t able to fix the fault (possibly something to do with the electrics) but was friendly, left everything clean and explained the issue to me. He did assure me that a job report would be available in an hour and having rang to receive a copy of this much later, it wasn’t there (and I still haven’t received it to pass on to an electrician) but this was only yesterday and I am hoping it will be with me today. Overall, impressed with the speed of service and friendliness of staff.
