Nice guys, job done quickly

Today’s task was digging a sample trench at the base of the front of the house and providing samples for further analysis.
The team ( Alex Bull & Mike Curtis ) were very efficient & friendly, arrived on time and completed on schedule.

Allan and James from Innovation Group arrived promptly this morning with a smile and an eagerness to get the job done. They explained the job clearly and told me how long they expected to be. They were friendly and polite, finished on time and tidied up. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Chris and Charlie did an excellent job finding the leak in our garden, I was worried it would be a huge job but they got it sorted really quickly, thank you!

Arrived when they said they would. Were neat and tidy and left everything as they found it.

They were friendly and efficient and had to work in a terrible downpour of rain, I'm very happy with them.

So far the claims process has been very smooth. Had a visit to my property today to investigate the foundations by Craig, Liam, Paul and Mikel and they were very pleasant and respectful of my property. Came and got the job done and left everything as it was before (in fact slightly better!). I'm hoping the rest of the claims process goes as well as it has so far.

Marcus and Rob called today job no86444 they were very courteous and helpful, excellent service.

Both Alex and Mike were very friendly and easy to deal with and worked hard to get the job done as soon as possible.

Declan & Brendan were very polite, helpful in explaining the works which were going to be carried out.
They executed the work with minimum fuss and left the workface clean and tidy.
They also explained the next steps of the process.

Craig & Liam were punctual, polite and seemed to do a thorough job of collecting borehole samples outside our house.

Then appointment slot was between 08:00 hrs to 10:00hrs.
The workers arrived at 10:00hrs promptly and were very pleasant and polite.
The service and workmanship was excellent. I am very pleased with the result.

Very helpful team came out to look at our house. Ben and Bill explained everything really well.

Liam was very helpful in explaining the problem, and took me through the video footage of the damaged drain.
He was very professional and friendly, regardless of the wet weather.
Liam is a credit to the company.
