Chris & Charlie were pleasant, friendly & knowledgable. They were patient when I was not quite ready for them (asked the office to call me 30 mins before arrival but that was not passed on to them). They took up the blocks of my drive & put them back so it’s barely noticeable that it was lifted. They found the leak & resolved it. They were respectful of my property & extremely helpful. Would highly recommend them, they did a fantastic job.They also knew the regs & what sections of the pipe work belonged to the water board. Very happy with their work. Less impressed with the office staff !! No text confirmation of appt. even though they said it couldn’t be confirmed until excess paid which they emailed a link to me,,once paid I heard nothing more from them. No confirmation just nothing. Would recommend the company purely because of Chris & Charlie who more than made up for the office staff.

Kim and Ronnie were really polite and well informed and completed the job with the minimum of inconvenience to me. I found them helpful and considerate and very tidy. Every time my sewers collapse I’d have them back..

M.Rooke and R.Watson arrived on time and having made us aware of their arrival went to work setting up their equipment and the essential safety barrier. We were kept informed as work progressed to fit new underground drain pipe. They seemed to work well together…a good team. It was very difficult work as the ground that had to be dug out was so hard due to months without rain ! Job completed satisfactorily.Thank you both. M & I.

Bill and Ben arrived this morning for their soil/foundations work.
I must say, they introduced themselves on arrival and explained what they were here to do ..I am a retired mechanical design engineer and was curious about their procedures.
Nothing was too much trouble for them explaining to me.
Their work was explemplary...anything that had to be moved was replaced when they had finished and left as they had found it.
They then explained what was going to happen with the soil samples they removed from the boreholes...
All in all...two very competent guys who knew their job and the expectations that you, Innovation, needed from them.

Absolutely diabolical

A car crashed into our house nearly six months ago... we still have a hole in our living room wall, a damaged driveway, knocked down garden wall and pulled down drainpipe. They also deemed it not necessary for a structural engineer to attend the site, clearly cost cutting.

We've been told the technical claims team are handling this claim, they don't reply to emails (nearly six months and we've heard from them once), and there is no contact number for them. We've logged multiple formal complaints and they can't even be bothered to acknowledge them either. We also have a director called Gavin Rowell included in our emails, yet still nothing is happening to get our property back to it's former state.

The fact these people call themselves professionals and do this for a living is laughable. If you are unfortunate enough to have to deal with this company, I can only say 'good luck'.

Innovation Group, don't bother replying to this review with the copy and paste reply you have put on every other bad review asking us to email you, I'm not wasting another minute of my time trying to get you to do your job.

Chris and Charlie were brilliant explained the lob and what they planned to do. Explained that as it’s plastic pipe they would excavate at boundary to explore and proved the the fault is off my boundary. Top job

We are rating here today the service provided by Alex Bull, who did the soil sampling required as part of our subsidence claim. Alex attended the property during the first of this summers long and persistent heatwaves - temperatures were around 30 degrees that day. Despite this intense heat, Alex worked very diligently to ensure that the correct samples were obtained in the right location, even though to do this he had to dig deeper than is often the case. This was gruelling work in the heat but he did this efficiently and without fuss - we were very impressed. As a result our claim continued to proceed without interruption and the soil sampling was an important part of the data collected. This was job number 124511.

Faz &Joel visited our property both very informative on what they had to do and the process of what happens next. They explained each aspect as well as showed us the soil samples. They worked very professionally and made sure everything was cleaned before they left.
They were both very polite and a credit to the company.
