Charming young men . Thorough , and hard working

Hi my name is Letitia and I’m writing this review for my mother we met Paul and Liam last Saturday 05/09/26 they have taken my furniture out the bedroom that the works needed doing to and uplifted my carpet ready for works to be completed the week after.
I then had Paul and Liam return to restore my bedroom carpet however they have gone beyond my expectations and they have no only put my bedroom carpet however back together but also helped me assembled my bed and make the bed up. They have also helped wipe down all the dust that was made throughout the week work.

Alex Bull and Luke Curtis were very professional and friendly. They went out of their way to show me what they had found and to clearly explain the next steps. They also left the place looking tidier than they found it. I’m incredibly grateful for their visit.

The surveyor was on time, professional, friendly, explained what he was there to survey, explained what he had found and that I would be contacted regarding next steps. Thank you to Marcus, job number 1 04363

Absolutely thrilled to bits with Chris and Charlie today who have sorted my leak out in a couple of hours, as opposed to the 3 months it took the water company to decide it was my responsibility. Chris and Charlie were so polite, helpful and knowledgeable- Chris had an idea straight away where the leak was and after investigating he was absolutely spot on. It was not an easy job but their work and how they’ve reinstated the grounds is fabulous. After many sleepless nights I will sleep well tonight! Staff in the office were also very good. Would highly recommend!

Allan and james carried out a repair on my property,after a quick chat I left them to it as a had work ,on my turned found everything left as it was and everything locked up well done lads .

Alex BWL and Luke Curtis were at my house to investigate the foundations regarding subsidence issues.
They were polite very hard working and really nice guys.
They kept their work area clean and tidy. And there was no mess when they left.

The engineers Chris and Charlie are a credit to your organisation.They worked diligently in poor weather to resolve my problem,I was kept informed at each stage of the investigation and repair in a professional friendly manner.

Chris & Charlie are a credit to your company. Knowledgable, professional, helpful & friendly. It has taken Severn Trent seven weeks & six visits to tell me the leak was not their responsibility. Obviously their engineers are nowhere near your standard. Thank you for your help, advice & action. Much appreciated.

Chris and Charlie arrived on time and immediately set to work to identify the leak area. They apologised to me as they needed to dig up some of my tarmac driveway. Chris said they would try and make opening as small as they could. Working tirelessly to reach the water pipe, again being apologetic, the hole needed to be made slightly bigger. It was a very difficult job as there were big chunks of concrete on top of the pipe which had pierced the pipe causing the leak. Chris and Charlie kept me informed as to what was happening at every stage. They were courteous, friendly, polite and informative, thoughtfully cleaning up after they fixed the leak. Thank you!

Alex and Vince arrived on time and dealt with whatever had to be done, however they went over and above when presented with the difficult scenario of entering, exiting and bringing in the necessary tools and materials through the bay window as the front door cannot open. What’s more they were highly considerate of the property and aware of their surroundings, especially as they were working in the rain. I reckon you’d be lucky to have this duo team working at your property.

Ben and Bill were both really personable and answered our questions as best they could. They were concerned to leave the house in good order.

Marcus and Rob attended our property to investigate a water leak and issues which we had previously been advised had existed. They were courteous, professional and explained everything clearly. Very reassuring that our issues were not as alarming as we had previously been advised.

Marcus and Rob called today to check the drains at my property. They arrived on time and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and professional, explaining what they had done and what will happen next. Job no 86456
