Kim and Ronnie came to replace the drain in our alleyway. They were punctual, efficient and were happy to explain what they were doing. They did an excellent job and caused very little disturbance. It was a much more pleasant experience than we expected. We look forward to seeing them again for the second phase of the job involving the downstairs toilet.

Cody and Callum, polite and cleaned up after themselves. Very friendly gents.

Liam Brennan and Charlie Dixon come to our property to fix some drainage under our House Insurance.
They worked quickly and told us what they were doing. They explained the issues clearly and tidied up after.

A good professional job kept me informed on progress Chris and Charlie fitted the slabs back and looked like they had never been up great job

Allan and James of Innovation Group came on time, were careful, kind & respectful of house and furnishings etc and explained what was going on, involved me in discussing what to do next and what to report back to the company for the next steps.

Cody and Callum from Innovation Group were punctual, polite and very efficient in carrying out the survey required by our insurers. They explained what they were doing and answered our questions as far as they could. They left the site tidy and it was almost as if they hadn’t disturbed the site at all!

Having had a drain problem outside my home due to tree and plant roots getting into the drains I initially contacted a local company to help with a blocked drain. This company sorted the initial blockage but informed me the cause was tree roots and because I was naive to the problem tried to rip me off to the tune of almost £3000. I decided to check with my home insurance and found that I was covered for this problem. They arranged for an engineer from the Innovation Group to visit and assess the problem. They found there was a problem with roots in the drains I but not where the previous company had stated. They sent two engineers to sort it out Liam and Charlie who were great guys. They were pleasant and reassuring and gave me confidence to know that they would prevent the problem from occurring again. I would highly recommend the Innovation Group for any underground drain problems. They know their trade and deliver a professional service. I can’t praise them enough. Thank you Liam and Charlie.

Chris and Charlie arrived on behalf of Innovation and carried out their work to an excellent degree. Went above and beyond. Very polite, professional and informed me of all work being carried out. Great service and provided great solutions.

Allan & James came out today to do a drainage repair. They were both great! Arrived on time, were very polite, professional and explained exactly what they were doing and went over everything when they finished the job. I cannot fault Allan and James at all and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

However communication from the office wasn't great. I had to wait 2 months for repairs to be done due to an appointment not being booked correctly the first time. Lost drainage footage from the first survey (I appreciate it wasn't their fault but I had received no communication regarding this despite contacting them several times. I was given different information by different members of staff which was extremely confusing. Eventually after speaking to my insurance company, that things started to happen.

Paul Genner and his colleague from the Innovation Group attended my property to assist with unblocking my drains, they were both really professional and approachable and able to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend them.

Went over and above their service to be helpful. They ensured that everything was spot on and put back in place.
