Good price, poor product, non existent service.
Good price (superficially), quick delivery, BUT product failed to deliver. Emailed for support, IGNORED, phoned the number provided IGNORED...
Brought a black ink cartridges,which even after repeating cleaning leaves streaks and has a missing section.
Brought a colour ink cartridge, cyan, although reads "full" does not print...
Absolutely AVOID this company!!!

Unfortunately, it appears that your emails went to our spam folder, which is why we did not see your messages and respond promptly. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
When you reached out to us via WhatsApp, we responded immediately and requested further details. Our review indicated that while the Cyan color was printing, there was an issue with Magenta. We advised performing the cleaning process at least 7 times consecutively to clear any clogs and suggested that if this did not resolve the issue, manual nozzle cleaning might be required.
We understand you were not convinced by this solution, but in your feedback, you mentioned having done the cleaning without informing us of the outcome. This left us unable to assist further or provide an alternative solution.
Despite this, we have processed a refund for you as a gesture of goodwill, even though we did not receive follow-up communication from you. We value your business and aim to ensure you have a positive experience with us in the future.

Very good generic ink cartridges
These are are great if you do not want to pay the higher cost for Genuine cartridges.
They Fit like a glove, I needed to clean to the electrical connections for it to read as new and off we went printing.

The product is wponderful. I love the the ink system. My only suggestion for modifications with this product is to create space internal paper tray. The current external tray exposes paper to dust.
The customer service, the product and ease of operation combined makes great experience.
The product could be modified to keep the paper tray inside to avoid dust accumulating on the paper in external paper tray.
