In House Estate Agents Arvostelua

Outstanding from start to finish
All the staff were super attentive friendly and efficient. They kept in regular contact and followed things up promptly. Made a stressful time easier! Thanks to Steve, Guy, Charlie, Matt and all the team first class estate agency!

Guy made this transaction so much easier than it could have been. I appreciate his help.

Fantastic experience using InHouse to sell our parents home. Guy and Charlie were particularly helpful, keeping us informed and supported every step of the way as we proceeded through Probate & the sale. Every interaction with them was felt to be patient, genuine and friendly. The whole team were wonderfully polite and knowledgeable each time I contacted them with queries. It was a relief to find an unpretentious estate agency and so I highly recommended InHouse Estate Agency for their professionalism and kindness.

I found InHouse exceptional- very supportive throughout the process. Great communication - made a very stressful experience straightforward

Guy was very helpful and supportive from the outset. Communication was excellent and having completed now we had a very good experience and I would be very happy to recommend In House.

Very helpful and professional throughout the whole experience.

Excellent service from Kellie and Guy throughout, great communication and advice. The team at InHouse made the business of buying and moving house a lot less stressful!

Received an excellent service from Guy at In House estate agents. Guy was efficient and constantly kept me updated along the way. His advice and knowledge was first class. Any issues were dealt with straight away, his customer service was brilliant. I would definately recommend In House to anyone considering selling or purchasing a new home.

In House handled my sale with friendly efficiency, I have used other agents in the past but the team here is definately the best.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to guy & Charlie & the rest of the team for the sale of our property the sale was very quick & all the team at Inhouse were very helpful explaining the process & stages thank you all very much & good luck for the future best wishes mark & mandy stringer

I have no hesitation in recommending In House. Listing your property is the easy bit, but in the UK chains can be challenging, however the team at In House lead by Guy and Charlie helped us make key decisions when we needed to, and managed our chain to ensure the right progress was being made. Highly recommended.

We worked with Charlie and Guy on the purchase of our new home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team at In House were highly professional throughout, even remembering us from previous viewings that hadn’t worked out. Thankfully, we eventually found our perfect home, and In House were instrumental in keeping us updated every step of the way; regularly checking in unprompted, offering guidance, and providing helpful advice. In House are a fantastic team and true role models for what an estate agency should be, both for buyers and sellers!

Guy and Jon were great from the start, from their non-pushy approach to showing us around the House we ended up buying, and were quick to close the deal. They remained engaged throughout, updating both parties at every opportunity in what was a complex process. They went above and beyond to get answers from a Solicitor in the chain that was unresponsive, and supported our direct communication with the parties involved (alongside our Conveyancer). Can highly recommend.

Isabel & Jon were absolutely fantastic! Very prompt both over email and the phone for any questions my partner and I had about our move! They were very welcoming, attentive, responsive and helpful! Feel in very safe hands for our new tenancy and couldn’t be happier! Wouldn’t hesitate at all to recommend InHouse! :)

I recently purchased a property InHouse were marketing. The whole team were professional and friendly but I would particularly mention Charlie and Guy. They both had great communication and went the extra mile to make the process as smooth as possible

Thank you for all the help with the sale of my home! Was seamless from beginning to completion! Special thank you to Charlie for being professional and personable! Amazing!

Very professional and efficient service. Great customer service. I sold my house recently and the process from beginning to end was very smooth. Also speedy process as well. Sold the house within 2 weeks.

Great communication, arranged a number of viewings for us, coordinated with the seller. Was a painless experience.

I’ve recently both sold my home and rented a new one through In House Estate Agents in Wallingford, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

Kellie in sales was fantastic throughout the selling process—professional, supportive, and always on the front foot with updates and advice. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward.

On the lettings side, Jon was equally excellent—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful in securing the right rental property for me quickly.

Both Kellie and Jon are a credit to In House. I’d happily recommend them to anyone buying, selling, or renting in the area.

The Inhouse team and Steve worked well and hard to sell my mother's house. God we had some hurdles to jump on the way but got there. A good reliable & friendly service is needed when you are 240 miles away. Thank you, In house team and Steve. Oh Rob the removal guy from Benson was 1st class, he did what he said ( on the tin) A stars all round.
